Guishan Han Tomb is the husband and wife burial tomb of Wang Chu, Wang Xiang and Liu Zhu in the sixth generation of the Western Han Dynasty.

The Han Tomb of Guishan is one of the main attractions of Guishan Scenic Area in Xuzhou. It was discovered by local people in 198 1. The tomb is 83 meters long from east to west and 33 meters wide from north to south, with a total area of more than 700 square meters, which almost hollows out the whole mountain.

The south corridor is the tomb of Liu Zhu, the king of Chu, and the north corridor is the tomb of his wife. These tombs are in the form of horizontal caves and cliffs. The mouth of the tomb is located at the foot of Guishan Mountain, and it is trumpet-shaped. It consists of two tombs, two tunnels and fifteen burial chambers, and is made by manual excavation.

Mystery of star distribution map

There are mastoid stones in the vestibule, tomb and stone pillars of Mrs. Liu's tomb, which are arranged irregularly and are by no means craft decorations. People don't know its meaning. Some people think that it symbolizes the lighting of a lamp, while others think that it symbolizes that Liu, the king of Chu Xiang, wrote a note to Ying Tianxing, but after careful study, it cannot be justified.

Mystery of stone plug

The South Tunnel is blocked with 26 stones, which are divided into upper and lower floors, each floor is 13, each weighing 6-7 tons. The seams between the stones are so tight that it is difficult to insert even a coin. According to experts' research, the tunnel of the Han tomb was halfway up Guishan Mountain at that time, and the texture of the stone plug came from the far southwest, and people didn't know its source. In the Han dynasty, when the productivity was extremely low, people questioned how the ancients transported these huge stones into the tunnel.
