Second, the purpose of implementation:
Plan the training plan, exchange theoretical learning experience, show the teaching plan and syllabus, give lectures and brief comments, plan self-study and improvement, and write papers. Through such activities, we can not only exercise ourselves and impart our experience to Mr. Yuan Qiang, but also let him learn a lot of useful knowledge for teaching, enrich teaching experience and experience, and improve the cultivation of teachers' morality, theory, teaching and basic literacy. In this process, the disciples really gained something, exchanged ideas and learned from each other.
Third, the implementation measures:
1, teaching and educating people, being a model, loving students and education, and establishing a noble image of teachers' morality. Set a good example for apprentices in terms of teachers' morality, work attitude and teaching business.
We should do a good job of psychological consultation for Miss Li. Mentors and apprentices should have at least two one-on-one specific teaching instructions each semester, giving careful guidance in preparing lessons, attending classes, organizing exams, teaching and research, etc. Usually, I often attend classes together and comment in time.
3. Give teacher Li at least two demonstration classes each semester.

Mentors and apprentices should seriously study the theory of education and teaching, write study notes, strive to improve the theoretical level, seriously grasp the basic links in the teaching process, and offer lectures at least once every semester.
