The first three letters of restriction endonucleases are in italics.

Units of measurement and symbols are written in accordance with the provisions of quantity and units published by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision and international general rules, such as: (1) the concentration of solution is expressed in mol/L instead of in M and N. (2) rpm is changed to r/min, OD is changed to A, and (3) the relative molecular weight (Mr) is expressed in kDa. (4) Seconds, minutes and hours are represented by s, min and h respectively. (5) Statistical symbols are italicized: probability is capitalized, italicized P; Capitalized italics indicate inspection; T test in lowercase italics; The number of samples is expressed in English lowercase italics n; The correlation coefficient is English lowercase italic R; Chi-square test used Greek lowercase χ 2; The degrees of freedom are expressed in Greek lowercase italics.

The manuscript consists of article titles and titles at all levels, author's name, unit, Chinese and English abstracts, keywords, text, charts, references and other parts. The requirements for each part are as follows:

3. 1 The title of the article should be concise, without using nonstandard aliases or abbreviations, generally no more than 20 words.

3.2 Titles at all levels should be short, eye-catching and clear, with no more than three titles and no more than 15 words. The title numbering method refers to the following example:

1 materials and methods

1. 1 material

1. 1. 1 plasmid, strain and cell strain

3.3 The author's name, unit signer and unit shall be those who have made major contributions to the whole or part of the article and can be responsible for the content of the article. Articles signed by many authors should be marked with ""to indicate the correspondent. The author's name and unit should be in Chinese and English, respectively under the topic of Chinese and English. 3.4 Chinese and English abstracts should be compared in Chinese and English respectively under the title, author and unit. It should be written as a summary of the report, without abbreviations and special terms. Non-summary papers should briefly introduce the research purpose, methods, results (main data) and conclusions in the abstract. Chinese abstract should not exceed 300 words. Chinese papers should give more detailed English abstracts than Chinese abstracts, and the English abstracts should not exceed 250 words.

3.5 There are not less than 3 keywords and not more than 8 keywords, which correspond to each other in Chinese and English, and are listed respectively at the back of the Chinese and English abstracts.

3.6 Footnotes Footnotes should correspond to Chinese and English, which are respectively arranged at the lower right of the first page of the text and below the English abstract (English papers are Chinese abstracts), and separated from the text by horizontal lines. Footnotes should include: (1) date of receipt and date of acceptance (to be filled in by the editorial department of this journal); (2) source of funds; (3) The author of the communication and his telephone, fax and e-mail; Address (e-mail); (4) others.

(2) The experimental method should be as short as possible, but other experienced researchers should be able to repeat the experiment. A brand-new method should be described in detail, just citing previously published references. The improvement of the method only needs to be discussed in detail on the premise that the experiment must be repeated.
