Li Xiaomei, Editor-in-Chief of China Agricultural Film and Television Center (CCTV-7), "She shows the spirit of an excellent journalist who is brave in taking responsibility and willing to contribute; She won the respect of China media people with sweat and sincerity! " On March 7th, 2065438+0/KLOC-0, Li Xiaomei, the editor-in-chief of China Agricultural Film and Television Center (CCTV-7), was awarded "National Women's Model" at the National March 8th Red Flag Bearer (Collective) Commendation Conference held in the Great Hall of the People, standing with many outstanding women. Li Xiaomei, who graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institute, the predecessor of China Communication University, seems to be a natural thing for everyone to become an excellent journalist and editor-in-chief. Many people think that she graduated from journalism or Chinese when they saw the in-depth news reports and texts planned by her, but her major in broadcasting college is TV engineering. A woman who studied science successfully transformed into an excellent TV reporter, and perfectly integrated media and public welfare undertakings. Maybe only she knows the efforts and persistence in the middle.

10 years ago, Li Xiaomei, from Jincheng, Shanxi Province, was the top science scholar in his hometown and was admitted to the Department of Science and Technology of Beijing Broadcasting Institute with excellent results. When she volunteered, she thought that TV technology would have great development prospects in the future, so she resolutely chose this field and prepared to silently provide behind-the-scenes support for her colleagues in front of the camera and under the flash in her future career.

Science students are often closed-minded, clear-headed and willing to make more efforts than others. During his college years, Li Xiaomei participated in the 15-hour live TV broadcast of CCTV's return to Hong Kong, which benefited a lot. It was this internship that made her understand that as a TV technician, she should learn to be rigorous and meticulous all the time in her monotonous technical career.

After graduation, Li Xiaomei went to the technical production department and CCTV broadcasting department of CCTV7 Agricultural Channel (China Agricultural Film and Television Center) to be responsible for post-editing, animation, commercial film production, TV program broadcasting, live broadcast of large-scale events and other technical fields. At that time, she wanted to know more about the future development direction of TV technology and the actual popularization of high-definition technology in China, and began to contact with the shooting of many well-known high-definition TV dramas, and interviewed Wu Ziniu, the powerful director of Granary in the World. He was full of confidence in the future of high-definition TV and full of ambitions for his career.

The outstanding performance in the field of TV technology has not buried the other side of her talent: nature has given her a persistent preference for words. In fact, as early as in college, Li Xiaomei was the editor-in-chief of the college magazine "Engineering Students", writing words and soliciting contributions. After work, I worked as a part-time lead writer in Communication and Production magazine, and founded a column of Radio and Television People in this high-end magazine of radio and television industry.

While doing rigorous technical work, Li Xiaomei has done equally well in writing, interviewing and planning, which seems to be a far cry from technical work.

The forging of writing and planning ability has made her love the media more. If she has been doing HDTV technology, maybe she will become an excellent engineer in this field. Maybe she will become a woman who lives by work and puts family first, living a comfortable and low-key life without more colors about dreams and beliefs.

Transformation does not mean giving up the original ideal. Li Xiaomei likes to challenge herself and has the comprehensive quality of media work, which makes her determined to walk from behind the scenes to the stage, into the crowd and become a media person with social responsibility. If a smile is a sign, it is most suitable for Li Xiaomei. Her smile still carries the spirit and nature of a beautiful town under the Taihang Mountain when she was a child, and her pupils reflect her yearning for a simple life and a bright future.

Her smile is not as sly and sharp as that of the media, and her speech speed is neither urgent nor slow, but she is clear and delicate, full of emotion, and there is no superfluous words in her wisdom.

If women are divided into small women and big women, small women are delicate, full of feelings and thoughtful, like moonlight shining on the road in late autumn night; Older women are enterprising and full of wisdom, love and charm. Li Xiaomei belongs to both, full of emotion, thoughts and wisdom.

She always keeps an optimistic and happy attitude, does not feel too much pressure on her work, and tries to make everything perfect; At the same time, I am full of interest in life, like traveling, and like beautiful things; Tired and wronged, I may cry again, and I can bravely face tomorrow and any pressure after crying.
