Nowadays, with the continuous development of the logistics industry, warehousing has become an important link in the logistics system of modern society. 1. The responsibility of the warehouse keeper is not clear. In supermarkets in RT Mart, wine warehouses are divided into large and small warehouses. The key to the small warehouse is kept by the cashier in charge of drinks, and there is no special administrator in big warehouse. 2. Lack of professional and technical personnel. First of all, because there is no professional warehouse manager, unreasonable accumulation of goods often occurs in the warehouse. 1. The electronic equipment is backward and there are many loopholes. Due to low efficiency, errors are prone to occur, which is not conducive to the statistics of goods, resulting in the inability to contact suppliers in time and the phenomenon of shortage.

2. Backward storage equipment is not conducive to the storage of goods. First of all, there are no professional pallets and shelves in the supermarket warehouse, only wooden shelves, and the stacking height of goods is too high. 2. The warehouse sanitation and fire control system is not perfect. Moreover, in the supermarket, after the goods are put into storage, in order to save trouble, the handling and unloading personnel usually pile the newly arrived goods directly on the goods that arrived earlier, which is not only unfavorable for employees to pick up the goods, but also easy to cause the second-hand goods to be piled up for too long, leading to the expiration of the goods, thus causing certain economic losses.

2. Poor communication skills. First of all, due to the poor grasp of inventory data, the communication with the distribution center is not timely, which leads to the untimely purchase; Secondly, the communication ability with the distribution center is poor, so it is impossible to grasp the goods at any time, and the phenomenon that the goods are still on the road often occurs, resulting in shortage. Thirdly, the distribution information of the supermarket should be transmitted many times, which is easy to cause information distortion. (A) to strengthen staff training
