(a) personnel issues

1. The responsibility of the warehouse keeper is not clear. In supermarkets in RT Mart, wine warehouses are divided into large and small warehouses. The big warehouse is a relatively low-priced wine, and the small warehouse is a relatively expensive wine. The key to the small warehouse is kept by the cashier in charge of drinks, and there is no special administrator in big warehouse. Therefore, if there is a loss of goods, everyone will pass the buck and fail to clarify the responsibility, which will bring losses to enterprises and supermarkets.

2. Lack of professional and technical personnel. First of all, because there is no professional warehouse manager, unreasonable accumulation of goods often occurs in the warehouse. 2. Poor communication skills. First of all, due to the poor grasp of inventory data, the communication with the distribution center is not timely, which leads to the untimely purchase; Secondly, the communication ability with the distribution center is poor, so it is impossible to grasp the goods at any time, and the phenomenon that the goods are still on the road often occurs, resulting in shortage.
