With the rapid development of national economy, the cold-rolled strip market presents bright prospects. In the reform process of large-scale iron and steel enterprises, advanced technology and experience are absorbed, which are transformed into their own resource advantages and occupy an important position on this basis. In addition, the belt leveler device is one of the main parts of the belt cold rolling mill. In this device, the annealed steel coil is received from the last layer, and the steel belt with certain ductility and surface roughness is obtained after flattening. After flattening, the yield platform of steel strip is eliminated, which can significantly improve its quality to meet the growing market demand.
Firstly, this paper discusses the development background and prospect of temper mill. Then, according to the current situation, starting from the related factors of economy and efficiency coefficient, the reasonable selection of rolling mill is envisaged, and finally the related design of temper mill is completed. The designed leveler adopts dual-motor active drive system, closed frame, hydraulic system and other structures. This paper focuses on the design and calculation of the temper mill, including the structural parameters of the mill, the selection of the drive system, the motor, the design of the hydraulic system, the determination of the frame size and its strength check, the roll design and its strength check, and the bearing life. Finally, the lubrication, environmental protection and economy of rolling mill are analyzed and discussed.
