Objective: To study the compatibility stability of domestic and imported cefepime sodium in two kinds of infusion.
Objective: To test the compatibility stability of domestic and imported cefepime sodium at room temperature. Thereby providing a product with good curative effect and stable quality for clinic.
Methods: A UV spectrophotometry method was established to determine the content of cefepime sodium in two kinds of infusions, and the change of drug content in the mixed solution at room temperature for 6 hours was analyzed, and its appearance and pH value were observed.
Results: The appearance, pH value and ultraviolet spectrum of domestic and imported cefotaxime sodium for injection did not change significantly within 6 hours. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between domestic and imported cephalosporins in stabilizing normal temperature.
