Investigation report on talent demand in pharmaceutical industry Qiu Xiurong, Department of Pharmaceutical Economics and Trade, has long been a hot spot in the college. This summer vacation (August10-August 13), under the personal leadership of Zhou Dean Xiaoming, I visited six pharmaceutical enterprises in Datong, including Yabao Datong Chinese Medicine Factory, Shanxi Pude Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Sanjiu Datong Pharmaceutical Factory, and made a detailed and comprehensive investigation on the work of graduates in our college. It has obtained the first-hand information for the future talent training work of our college, understood the demand and specification requirements of enterprises for talents, and played an important role in setting up new majors, making talent training plans and teaching plans in the future. I. Survey Contents The key survey items in these two days are: 1. The quality of graduates. Jobs 3. Working ability 4. What jobs do enterprises need employees most? Every time we go to a pharmaceutical company, we have a discussion with the factory director, manager and graduates of our hospital and visit the production process of the pharmaceutical company on the spot. Based on the voices of all parties, the survey results are summarized as follows: (1) Enterprises attach importance to strengthening students' political and ideological education. At present, the work of on-the-job graduates has been highly praised by enterprises. About13 of the graduates become middle-level and above cadres in enterprises, and most of the rest become the backbone of important positions in enterprises. Among the six pharmaceutical companies, Datong Yabao Chinese Medicine Factory has a large number of graduates (52 people) who work in the quality inspection department, sales department and workshop. Among them, both fresh graduates and graduates with long working years can flexibly use the professional knowledge and skills they have learned in school, learn from the master with an open mind, and constantly improve their working ability, so that they can be diligent in their eyes, brains and hands, and work more practically. For example, Liu Jianhua, a graduate of our department, is currently the business backbone of the sales department of Yabao Datong Chinese Medicine Factory, and is well received by business leaders. However, there are also a few graduates who have high expectations of themselves, are psychologically unstable and have poor ability to resist setbacks when choosing enterprises and jobs. This mountain looks at that one, so I can't. I feel that my salary is not low, my work is not practical, my goals are too high, and I put forward some unrealistic demands. Some students don't want to go to the workshop to engage in front-line work, but want to be cadres in the department. I always hope that the working environment is comfortable and the work pay is high. You can't treat your outlook on life and values correctly. Such graduate enterprises often can't stay and can't use them. (2) According to the requirements of enterprises, fresh graduates, no matter what major they study, must go to the front line to exercise, and then make adjustments according to the needs of work one year later. Give every graduate the opportunity to fully display and show their talents in all aspects, and learn while doing. The six pharmaceutical companies surveyed all belong to medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturers that have passed GMP certification. The job settings of workshops and other departments are more detailed, and the job responsibilities are more clear. A few graduates in our college have been adjusted because of their work needs, and most of them can apply what they have learned, especially in some technical positions with strong professional and technical ability, such as drug quality inspection and pharmacy, and their employment positions are consistent with their majors. In the investigation, we also learned that some pharmaceutical enterprises (such as Pude Manufacturing Company) lack front-line employees who are familiar with machine performance and skilled in operation. Enterprises hope that our hospital and the company can jointly carry out training for such talents. (3) Working ability Through visiting six pharmaceutical companies, I learned that graduates are not very capable in practical work, especially in professional and technical jobs. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the training conditions in our college can not meet the training requirements. The machinery and equipment of pharmaceutical enterprises are updated quickly, and the requirements for technology are relatively high. It is difficult for teachers and students in specialized courses to operate these devices by themselves, so they are not skilled. Second, the harvest of this survey Through this survey, I have mastered the current situation of graduates' work and what kind of talents the enterprise needs, and understood how all aspects of enterprise management, production and sales actually work, which broadened my horizons. The results are summarized as follows: 1. According to the characteristics of the specialty offered by our department, this research has learned a series of marketing work, such as the basic requirements of enterprises for sales staff and how enterprises make marketing plans. In particular, the leaders of Yabao Datong Chinese Medicine Factory explained in detail the formulation method of annual marketing plan (backward method). Each scheme sounds meticulous and accurate, scientific and reasonable, and has strong operability. 2. See the important role of Shanxi pharmaceutical enterprises in the economic development of our province. Understand the development scale and present situation of pharmaceutical enterprises in our province, and see that GMP workshop adopts more advanced machinery and equipment, strict production technology and scientific management level. 3. Seeing that 90% of the graduates of our college have been well received by the enterprises, at the same time, we know that about 10% of the graduates are unqualified and can't meet the requirements of the enterprises. In view of these situations, we will carefully summarize and analyze the survey results, find out the causes of teaching failure as soon as possible and formulate improvement methods. Iii. Suggestions for future teaching 1. First, strengthen the political, ideological and moral education of students in school. Strengthen employment guidance and establish a correct outlook on life and values. 2. Try to improve the training conditions of various majors in our college, especially some positions with high technical requirements, and complete the skills training before the students take up their posts. When they arrive at the enterprise, they can quickly adapt to new jobs and meet the needs of the enterprise. 3. Establish real school-enterprise cooperation, let enterprises participate in the formulation of training programs and teaching plans for all majors in the college, carry out regular teaching seminars with the participation of schools and enterprises, and arrange the theoretical and practical contents of professional courses according to the needs of enterprises. All majors can cultivate suitable talents that are welcomed by enterprises and employing departments. Enterprises participating in school teaching activities should reflect the ever-changing knowledge structure, ability structure and quality requirements of enterprises for technical application talents in school teaching reform. In this way, the employing department of the enterprise can continuously obtain satisfactory technical application-oriented talents. 4. It is suggested to organize such research activities once a year. 5. Organize various training and learning activities by going out and inviting in to improve teachers' professional knowledge and technical level. In short, this research activity has gained a lot and is deeply touched. We will conscientiously sum up this research activity, refine the specifications and requirements of enterprises for graduates into the teaching plan, and cultivate technical application-oriented talents with high ideological awareness according to social needs.
