Provide "scientific feeding" of "eating less and eating more", realize shallow irrigation and diligent irrigation, reduce deep leakage, effectively reduce the average water consumption per mu, improve the utilization rate of water and fertilizer, and promote the steady rise of groundwater level. It is estimated that each mu of farmland in the project area can save water 1.50 cubic meters and save more than 35 kilograms of fertilizer. After conversion, it is estimated that the planting cost per mu can be reduced by about 200 yuan.

Build a smart platform and digitally empower agricultural development. The Houjiaying sub-project area uses the Internet of Things equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles and remote sensing satellites to build a smart digital farm management platform, which realizes all-weather, all-round and full-coverage real-time monitoring and intelligent control of farmland planting, irrigation and field management. Intelligent irrigation system can realize remote automatic irrigation and fertilization, saving manpower and material costs; The intelligent monitoring system can obtain the basic data of farmland production, climate and meteorology, diseases and pests and other information in real time, and provide scientific planting management schemes according to the changes of indicators to ensure stable and increased crop production. Taking planting corn as an example, it is estimated that the average yield per mu will increase by more than 80 kilograms, and the average yield per mu will increase by about 200 yuan.
