This design is based on the research on the movement mechanism of small quadrupeds, combined with four-year college courses, and through the integration of theory and practice, it puts forward innovation and reasonably designs its processing.

In this design, through preliminary structural design, drawing part drawings, standardizing technical requirements, selecting suitable processing methods for the surfaces of various components, and then drawing up more reasonable process specifications. Some parts are programmed by CNC machine tools, which fully embodies the unity of quality and economy.

For parts with complex shapes, the design of special fixture for machine tools is an important part of process equipment design. In the whole machining process, the fixture not only clamps and fixes the machined parts, but also ensures the position accuracy of the parts and improves the machining efficiency.

In the research process, this design went deep into the factory workshop and CNC machining training room for investigation and research. Through the establishment of three-dimensional virtual prototype, drawing part drawings, making reasonable processing technology, NC programming, manipulating (NC) machine tools, etc. The overall machining design scheme was created.
