Finally, starting from pragmatism, this paper analyzes the necessity of leisure sports: leisure sports reduce the crime rate in leisure time and maintain social stability; Leisure sports cultivate people's group consciousness and enhance their sense of social responsibility; Leisure sports improve the quality of life and promote physical and mental health.
