Pediatric medicine 1 On the quality education of Chinese medicine students in the process of pediatric practice.
Abstract: Clinical practice is a critical period for medical students to change from students to quasi-medical workers. Pediatrics faces a special group of children and their families, and the medical environment is relatively complicated. Pediatric practice should not only pay attention to the cultivation of medical students' clinical knowledge and skills, but also pay attention to the cultivation of quality.

Clinical practice is an important link in the training of clinical medical professionals, and it is a critical period for integrating theory with practice and cultivating professional ethics and clinical skills. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of laws and regulations and the increasing awareness of patients' self-protection and rights protection, the requirements for doctors are getting higher and higher. Under the new situation, how to make medical students get exercise in a limited time, lay a solid foundation for future work, and how to train qualified clinical talents put forward higher requirements for clinical teaching teachers. Pediatric practice is one of the important stages of medical students' practice. Pediatrics faces a special group of children and their families. We should not only pay attention to the cultivation of medical students' clinical knowledge and skills, but also pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities such as professional ethics, communication skills and legal concepts. Let's briefly talk about the qualities that clinical medical students should have.
First of all, we should have a strong sense of responsibility, love and patience.
Responsibility refers to the conscious attitude of individuals towards themselves and others, families and collectives, countries and society. Responsibility is the basic quality of being a man and the basic guarantee of doing good deeds. As medical staff, we are faced with life, and patients entrust us with the most precious life. We should be aware of the heaviness and sacredness of saving lives. Especially as a pediatrician, we are faced with the future and hope of our motherland. In the process of children's growth, it is inevitable that they will be hurt by various diseases. How to cultivate a healthy and useful person for the society is a great responsibility of pediatricians. At work, we should be absolutely responsible for patients' life and health, and strive to be a good doctor who makes patients trust and is willing to entrust their lives. Love means sympathy and pity. As a doctor, you must be caring and always think of the patients. Pediatricians, in particular, are always with children. They should love their children as much as their parents. They are also sad to see their children sick. They always take care of and help their children carefully and try their best to alleviate their pain. They pay a lot, even if they are often not understood by their parents, they have no regrets. Especially newborns, seeing them so weak and struggling with the disease will make our medical workers feel infinite pity and maternal love. We often say that sick children need not only vitamins A, B, C and D, but also a more advanced essential vitamin-I (love). For their groans and cries, medical staff should respond with maternal love and comfort them. Only in this way can diseases be eliminated more quickly. A caring doctor is a popular doctor and a responsible doctor. For pediatricians, this is a basic quality that must be possessed. The so-called patience is not impatient, not bored, and can persist in completing a possibly complicated thing. Because most of the patients in pediatric practice are children who can't clearly express their pain and parents who are overly nervous, it requires doctors to listen patiently in the medical history collection, and quickly and accurately collect information such as the onset factors, disease progress, diagnosis and treatment process and treatment effect of children, so as to know fairly well. Sometimes, because the family members of children are too nervous, they will provide some information unrelated to the illness, which requires doctors to guide parents quickly and skillfully to avoid rude interruption. In pediatrics, we often see such a scene: in the face of crying little patients, pediatricians never get bored. While giving auscultation to children, I will comfort them softly, and sometimes I will pick up small toys on the table to play with them, which can divert children's attention and facilitate their own medical treatment. In clinical practice, students must be educated to insist on? People-oriented? Adhere to the humanistic service concept? Patient-centered? Intimate service. Treat every patient with kindness and strong sense of responsibility and selfless love.
Second, good communication skills.
At present, the relationship between doctors and patients is increasingly tense, and the contradiction between doctors and patients is becoming more and more prominent. In addition, some unrealistic reports in the media have also made medical workers feel unprecedented pressure. The disharmony between doctors and patients has caused a serious trust crisis between doctors and patients, and the essence of trust crisis is the lack of communication. How to guide both doctors and patients to a good development track and reconstruct the doctor-patient relationship of mutual respect, mutual understanding, mutual trust and mutual cooperation is an urgent problem to be faced and solved at present. Therefore, strengthening the communication and cooperation ability between medical students and children and their families is also one of the important contents of medical students' clinical practice. How to cultivate the communication ability of medical students has the following experiences.
(A) a clear understanding of the medical situation, change the concept of service
With the transformation of medical model from biomedical model to bio-social psychological model, the role of doctor-patient communication in the whole medical activities has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, the medical practice environment has gone from bad to worse, and there is a lack of trust between doctors and patients, and medical disputes continue, and the contradiction between doctors and patients has intensified, which not only affects the vital interests of patients, but also affects the enthusiasm of workers, normal medical order and quality, and even affects social harmony and stability. In the long run, it is not conducive to the rapid development of medical undertakings and the improvement of people's quality of life. At present, with the reform of medical system, the doctor-patient relationship has become a contract, contract and legal relationship. Under the current medical system, patients have changed from passive medical treatment in the past to active medical treatment now, and patients seem to be the parents of medical treatment. In view of this special relationship, higher requirements are put forward for doctors.
(B) to create a good professional image
Personal image is also a person's appearance or appearance, and it is a window of a person's inner cultivation. Proper manners, neat clothes and elegant manners reflect an intern's good mental outlook, moral cultivation and professional image. Advocate the use of polite, comforting and encouraging language. Hippocrates, a pioneer of Greek medicine, once said that doctors have three magic weapons-language, medicine and scalpel, which shows the important role of language communication in communicating with patients. In addition, elegant and natural posture, gentle and skillful movements and friendly expressions will make children and their families feel cordial and comfortable. Facing patients with a good image will enhance their intimacy and trust in the hospital, thus establishing a good image of the medical industry among patients.
(3) Learn to listen and master skills.
Listening is the most important step in developing a good doctor-patient relationship. In pediatrics, we face more anxious and nervous parents, so it is extremely important to learn to listen. It is not only the first step to diagnose and treat children, but also an important opportunity to gain the trust of patients and establish a good doctor-patient relationship by listening to parents for a few words and understanding the illness, treatment, examination, medical expenses, parents' education level and their cognition of children's illness. Of course, when listening, we must master the skills and strive to achieve mutual respect and understanding.
Third, cultivate the concept of legal system.
With the development of society, laws and regulations are gradually improved, patients' legal awareness is gradually enhanced, and more and more medical disputes are reflected in the relationship between doctors and patients. Pediatrics is faced with children and their families. Pediatric illness changes rapidly and family members pay high attention to it. Many family members are too nervous and anxious. If they lack patience in doctor-patient communication, it is easy to cause medical disputes. As a pediatrician, we should strengthen the legal concept, consciously abide by rules and regulations, laws and regulations in clinical work, and strive to make our behavior more rigorous and standardized. As a teaching hospital, we should strengthen management and strengthen the legal awareness of medical interns through various forms of activities such as lectures, lectures, learning competitions and clinical teaching. Consciously abide by the law, respect the rights of patients, safeguard the interests of patients, take patients as the center, and create a good image of clinical interns.
In a word, the most basic qualities that a doctor should possess include: selfless dedication, meticulous sense of responsibility, empathy for patients, scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts, solid basic theory, basic operation and technical skills, as well as serious attitude, strict requirements and rigorous style in work. For pediatricians, it is even more necessary for us to have motherly love, patience and carefulness. At the same time, the new situation requires doctors to change their service concept, pay attention to the art of service, especially be good at thinking for patients, and integrate cordial, kind and tolerant attitudes and standardized language into medical services to win patients' understanding and trust and establish a good image. At present, medical education has entered the stage of ability training. Therefore, in order to cultivate qualified medical talents to meet the needs of the development of the times, we must change the educational concept, vigorously promote quality education and promote the all-round development of medical talents.

Pediatric medical paper 2 on the cultivation of comprehensive ability of pediatric clinical medical students
In order to meet the requirements of social development, the key of medical education lies in improving the comprehensive quality and ability of medical students. In the process of pediatric clinical teaching, through the combination of theory and practice, we should pay attention to cultivating students' moral quality and problem-solving ability, so as to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students and lay a solid foundation for their career.

Pediatrics is a clinical discipline involving multiple systems and diseases. Pediatric medicine has become a unique medical discipline, with many diseases, large cross-age stage, many sub-subjects and heavy workload; Children can't express their subjective experience, and parents are eager to protect their children and are easily excited, which makes pediatric clinical medical students at a loss and puts forward higher requirements for their comprehensive ability. Therefore, in pediatric clinical teaching, it is necessary to cultivate not only the clinical ability of medical students, but also their comprehensive ability.
1 Consolidate the foundation of clinical knowledge.
Knowledge is the foundation of cultivating ability. Without solid professional theoretical knowledge, it is impossible to improve students' clinical comprehensive ability. Pediatric teaching emphasizes the study of students' basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills. Using all kinds of modern teaching means and methods, the knowledge in books is systematically taught to students, so that students can have a systematic understanding of professional knowledge. Students can cultivate themselves by combining modern knowledge learning tools and means such as literature retrieval, computer application and foreign languages. Hold pediatric clinical basic skills operation competition, etc. To improve and strengthen students' mastery of pediatric medical knowledge, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating comprehensive medical talents with solid medical foundation, innovative and pioneering ability, strong adaptability to practical work and certain comprehensive scientific research quality.
2. Cultivate pediatric clinical thinking ability.
Medicine is a highly practical science, and pediatrics, as a branch of medicine, has both medical characteristics and particularity. When guiding students to analyze clinical cases, we should pay attention to mobilizing students' subjective initiative. The guidance of cases and the setting of questions are carefully arranged, so that students can face real patients and study the etiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment. Make students change from listening and watching to seeking, learning and drilling, and change passive learning into active learning. For example, for the case discussion of children's diarrhea, first, let students review the classroom theory, collect relevant information from various aspects, and make clear the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of children's diarrhea; Then let the students go to the outpatient clinic to see their children. Students can independently complete the medical history collection and physical examination, intuitively grasp the clinical manifestations of children with different degrees of dehydration caused by diarrhea, and formulate a scientific rehydration plan according to the clinical manifestations, so as to organically combine theoretical knowledge with actual cases.
3. Improve the cultivation of pediatric clinical work ability.
It is particularly important to pay attention to practice and cultivate correct clinical diagnosis methods in clinical teaching. Pediatric clinical medicine students have mastered the basic theoretical knowledge, and have understood the etiology, pathogenesis, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnostic criteria and treatment plans of diseases. When a new patient is discharged from hospital, he can make a diagnosis quickly, why he makes such a diagnosis, whether it conforms to the clinical and basic theory, and what diseases should be differentiated from, and the diagnosis basis and the next treatment plan are given. At the same time, it is necessary to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of pediatric clinical medical students. Learning from pediatric clinical medical students is a process for medical students to further absorb, digest and understand the theories they have learned in school during their graduation study. It is an important stage to lay a solid foundation for social transfer and work in the future, and it is the main way and link to improve the clinical work ability of medical students. In clinical practice, teachers should change the traditional teacher-student relationship into a democratic, equal, respectful and loving working partnership, communicate with interns more, affirm their labor achievements, and fully respect interns' personality and self-esteem.
4. Respect patients and strengthen the cultivation of medical students' communication ability.
In pediatric clinical teaching, making students realize that good medical behavior depends on mutual understanding among doctors, patients and their families on the premise of respecting patients. To gain the understanding and trust of patients, we must first have good medical ethics and respect patients. Medical ethics is the basis for medical skills to play a good role, the soul to guide and dominate medical behavior, and the premise to improve medical quality. We encourage students to put themselves in the patient's shoes, take the patient's needs as the starting point of their work, and do their best to relieve the patient's pain. In addition, guide them to make rounds frequently, apply interpersonal communication skills, communicate with patients more and pay attention to listening. Through talking with patients, we can learn more about patients and their families, and introduce information and health care knowledge suitable for their needs, so that patients and their families can receive medical projects as equal partners.
Cultivating the communication ability of pediatric clinical medical students is helpful to cultivate their comprehensive ability.
Clinical medical students should serve patients in the future, and this kind of service needs to be realized with the cooperation of other doctors and nurses. Therefore, good communication between doctors and patients, between doctors and their families, and between doctors and other medical staff is helpful for both sides to correctly understand each other's wishes, coordinate their relations, and ensure the smooth progress of medical activities. Therefore, in the teaching process of pediatric clinical medical students, in order to consciously cultivate their communication skills, students must comprehensively improve themselves from all aspects of personal image, behavior, speaking skills, listening skills and other interpersonal elements. In the teaching process, medical students are required to use easy-to-understand language and avoid using technical terms as much as possible, which improves the communication ability between doctors and patients.
6. Change the teaching mode and cultivate students' thinking ability of evidence-based medicine.
In the teaching process, the significance and importance of evidence-based medical thinking are repeatedly emphasized to students. The core idea of evidence-based medicine is that medical decision-making should be based on the latest systematic research results, and patients should not be treated only by doctors' personal clinical experience or sporadic literature research reports. Evidence-based medicine does not blindly follow experience, nor does it completely exclude experience. It obtains clinical experience through systematic observation, guides medical practice according to systematic and rigorous research and medical theory, and evaluates curative effect with scientific basis, average data, safety, effectiveness and prognosis endpoint. In the clinical probation teaching of pediatrics, some philosophical problems in the medical field are introduced to students, and evidence-based thinking is cultivated from the viewpoint of evidence-based medicine, so as to improve students' ability of analyzing and solving problems, enable students to master scientific clinical thinking methods and improve their comprehensive quality. In pediatric clinical teaching, we should cultivate students around these aspects: (1) Put forward clinical problems that children need to solve; Collect information on related issues; Assess the authenticity and usefulness of data; The results of this study will guide the treatment of children.
