How to count the number of words in periodical papers
At present, most journals receive manuscripts by reading the number of articles, and few journals read the number of articles, and the number of words is often different from the number of words.

How to check how many characters your article has, as shown in the figure below. There is a word count in the Word document, as shown in the figure below, which contains detailed information about the number of words and characters.

If a journal requires two thousand words per page and two pages, then the number of words in your article must be controlled at 2*2000=4000 words, including words, punctuation marks and spaces. If there is a chart in the article, the chart should also be counted in the total number of words.
