Abstract: With the development of economy and the deterioration of environmental resources, the threat to human survival and development is increasing. As a part of economic activities, modern logistics activities are also facing environmental problems. In order to ensure the harmonious and sustainable development of society, people need to analyze the logistics system from the perspective of environment, explore the development path of logistics activities and form a green logistics management system.
[3] Xie Siwei; Wang Wenfeng; Green logistics path: the strategic choice of logistics green transformation [J]. Circular Economy in China, 20 10, (05): 15- 18.
Green logistics emphasizes the all-round and whole-process concern for environmental protection, including not only the green logistics activities of enterprises, but also the supervision and regulation of green logistics activities by society. Pursuing the unity of enterprise economic benefits, consumer rights, environmental benefits and social benefits is conducive to the sustainable development of social economy, which is the requirement of sustainable development strategy and the new trend of logistics development in the 26 th century. Especially with the development of economic globalization and world integration, and the deepening of China's participation in international division of labor, the development of green logistics has increasingly become the premise and foundation for China's logistics industry to participate in international competition. In order to better establish a green logistics system that adapts to the concept of mass production, large market and large consumption in China's socialist market economy, we must proceed from the current situation, give full play to the leading role of government departments, strengthen infrastructure construction, form a green knowledge team, develop reverse logistics, promote the green supply chain strategy, and carry out green tax and fee reform.

Abstract: In the new period when China proposed to develop green economy, green consumption and green logistics have special significance. Therefore, we must deeply understand the relationship between green consumption and green logistics, and understand the current situation of green logistics in China from the aspects of concepts, human resources, logistics working environment, policies and management systems. The consciousness and concept of green consumption is the ideological basis for the development of green logistics, which has injected a strong impetus into the development of green logistics. Implementing green consumption is the key to promoting green logistics.

Journal of Dalian University of Technology (Social Science Edition), 20 10, (0 1): 2 1-26.
Abstract: Logistics environmental problems mainly come from people's environmental attitudes, beliefs and values. Based on the survey data of 232 employees in Nanjing third-party logistics enterprises, this paper studies the dimension composition of green logistics consciousness of enterprises by factor analysis, and makes a regression analysis on the influence of demographic characteristics such as gender on the level of green logistics consciousness. The results show that green logistics consciousness can be divided into four dimensions: green logistics attitude, green logistics knowledge, green logistics behavior and green logistics willingness; Gender has no significant influence on the awareness of green logistics, but education level, especially the awareness of employees with college education, has an important positive influence.

This means that there will be a fierce competition in the future logistics industry. Accelerating the development of green logistics is an important opportunity for China's logistics industry to meet future challenges and take the lead in the competition. This paper mainly discusses that logistics activities, as a part of economic activities, are also facing severe environmental problems, and advocating green logistics has become a top priority for the development of logistics industry.

Such as the implementation of multimodal transport, the same distribution and the establishment of advanced information systems. Using ITS, we can clearly understand the usage and congestion of each road, so as to choose the shortest and smoothest route for transportation; On the basis of qualitative research, considering the economic cost of transportation and the cost of social environment resources, this paper makes a quantitative study on the selection of transportation schemes under the concept of green logistics by using the theory of operational research and the method of multi-attribute decision analysis, and forms a more optimized mathematical model by using the hierarchical additive weighting method with strong operability, so that enterprises can choose transportation schemes more scientifically.

Abstract: under the situation that resources and environment restrict the growth of traditional economy, circular economy has become an inevitable choice. However, while the "third profit source"-logistics has been widely developed, it has also produced many negative effects, which is obviously contrary to circular economy. [33] Zhou; Hu Wei; Huang Yajun; Externalities of Green Logistics and Game Analysis among Its Subjects [J]. Journal of Shenzhen University (Humanities and Social Sciences Edition), 2007, (02):49-53.
Abstract: The process of green logistics involves the externalities of logistics. But as far as logistics activity itself is concerned, it has negative externalities. Internalization of logistics external cost is the requirement of logistics greening. However, in the process of green logistics, around the profit distribution after the internalization of external costs, there are a series of games between the main bodies inside and outside the logistics system, including games between enterprises, between governments and enterprises and at the customer level. The greening of logistics can not only rely on the power of the market, but also play the role of the government. The government should speed up the process of green logistics in China by strengthening logistics propaganda, formulating green logistics evaluation standards, implementing financial subsidies for green logistics, and guiding enterprises to participate in green logistics technology development.

Abstract: At present, the logistics industry has greatly promoted the economic development, but also brought serious negative effects to the social environment, so the voice of green logistics is getting higher and higher. Green logistics includes transportation, warehousing, loading and unloading, packaging and many other links, which directly affect the effect of the whole green logistics, but transportation is the most time-consuming and costly link. Therefore, firstly, the disadvantages of traditional logistics transportation are analyzed, and then the feasible suggestions for developing green logistics transportation are given from the government level, enterprise level and public level.
[37] Chen; Study on the Construction of Green Logistics with Double Green Characteristics [J]. China Circular Economy, 2008, (1 1): 17-20.
Green logistics is an important link of sustainable development and a modern logistics system that can promote the healthy development of economy and consumption. The green support of the green logistics process to the surrounding environment and the green support of green products in all aspects of green logistics constitute the dual green characteristics of green logistics. Green logistics connects green suppliers and green demand objects, emphasizes the overall and long-term interests, emphasizes all-round concern for the environment, and embodies the green image of enterprises, which is a new logistics management trend. The implementation of green logistics management is related to all walks of life. While curbing the harm of logistics to the environment, it has formed a logistics system that can promote the healthy development of economy and consumer life. In order to promote the construction and development of green logistics, we must establish green packaging consciousness, implement integrated logistics, carry out urban distribution, strengthen green distribution processing, build a green storage system, strengthen reasonable logistics planning, strengthen environmental legislation and advocate green logistics.

Developing green logistics is of great significance to the sustainable development of social economy and the continuous improvement of human life quality. The implementation of green logistics strategy depends not only on the management innovation and technological innovation at the middle level (industry) and the micro level (enterprise), but also on the influence and function of social macro environment. Government policies, laws and regulations, and consumer supervision and support are indispensable driving forces for the successful implementation of the green logistics strategy.
