EI is a secondary literature retrieval database. Looking for the original paper has nothing to do with EI itself. As long as you know the title, author and literature source of the paper, you can use the title of the paper to search in Google, and it will link to the first-level literature database where the paper is located. If you have the right to download the papers in this database, you can download the original text.
