How to determine the level of paper publication?
There is no government department in the country to classify periodicals. The so-called periodical level is only the understanding of periodical catalogue launched by periodical industry and some social organizations. The following introduction is for reference only. Although there is no national division, some professional title evaluation departments have requirements for the level of periodicals. 1. Provincial periodicals: "Provincial periodicals" refer to periodicals sponsored by institutions affiliated to provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and periodicals (periodicals) sponsored by colleges and universities. 2. National periodicals: "National periodicals" refer to publications sponsored by state ministries and agencies, national organizations, organizations, universities and academic institutions. 3.
