On China's Brilliant Achievements in 60 Years
The 60th anniversary of the founding of New China is a history that is neither too long nor too short. Although my personal experience is only more than ten years, from the historical knowledge I have learned, the words of my elders and my personal feelings, I have to feel that our life has made a qualitative leap in all aspects, especially since the reform and opening up. The reason is that we have adhered to the correct leadership of the Party and the China Municipal Government. As an ordinary citizen of China, if we want to say that our country has made great achievements in the past 60 years, I can list many, many, but they have never really experienced it. What really has a great impact on us is the great improvement of people's living standards since the founding of New China.

Since the founding of New China, especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978, China's economy has developed rapidly and people's lives have improved day by day. For example, before the reform and opening up, many families only had one house. Almost the same layout was to put a bed or a wardrobe in the middle of the house, draw curtains and divide the house into two rooms, with the living room and dining room in front. According to their mother, they can only sit on the bed when playing. Families with many children have to be designed as bunk beds, with another bedroom and storage room behind the bed. Now, when the conditions are good, many people can not only be assigned to a large house of 100 square meters, but also continue to pursue it, and various high-grade houses are constantly emerging. There have been some changes recently. In the 1980s, we used hand-held telephones. I heard that every contact is very troublesome, and sometimes it takes a day to get through. In the 1990s, the BB machine became popular and became an item that young people were proud of. 2 1 century, mobile phones appeared. Today, everyone has more than one mobile phone, so it is very convenient to contact each other wherever they go. There are many such examples. Since the reform and opening-up, the per capita level of China has really improved, and our life has turned a new page in many aspects, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. The people of the whole country began to run towards a well-off life. Healthy competition has been formed, the people live and work in peace and contentment, and the national strength has been continuously improved.

However, it is not difficult to find that in an increasingly modern society, many problems have emerged, people's lives have been continuously improved, and people have begun to pursue urban prosperity, which has led to serious problems of urbanization, including the harm to air and water for the time being. The pressure of housing alone is a problem that has plagued the people for a long time. The rapid economic development has brought the inevitable consequences of the gap between the rich and the poor, and some people can't afford to buy houses. Some people keep changing to better houses, which leads to various urban problems. In addition, network culture, as the representative culture of 2 1 century, has deeply influenced the physical and mental development of the new generation of teenagers in China. For example, the emergence of abnormal cultures such as "non-mainstream" is also a negative impact brought about by the improvement of people's living standards.

In fact, the improvement of people's living standards is also a double-edged sword. For our citizens, this is not only a good thing, but also contains many bad things. Therefore, it's up to us to grasp this standard and do what China citizens should do.
