Over the past 32 years, he has taught engineering mechanics, material mechanics, structural mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics, mechanical soil dynamics, agricultural mechanization engineering topics, soil fluid mechanics and other courses. He teaches undergraduate and graduate students, and teaches courses such as Rheology of Agricultural Materials, Agricultural Biomechanics and Introduction to Discipline for doctoral students. At present, there are 5 doctors, 7 masters, 3 graduated doctors and more than 40 masters. In 2000 and 2004, he won the second prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Award in Shanxi Province, the award of "Famous Teacher of Teaching in Shanxi Province" in 2005, the award of "Advanced Worker of Promoting Shanxi through Science and Education" in 2007, the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Shanxi universities in June 2009, and the "Contribution Award of Scientific and Technological Development" by China Agricultural Engineering Society in August 2009.
