The permeability of plasma membrane is very sensitive to adversity. Under different adversity conditions, the permeability of plasma membrane increases, and the intima system expands, contracts or breaks. For example, under normal physiological conditions, the membrane lipid of biofilm is in liquid crystal state, but when the temperature drops to a certain extent, the membrane lipid will become gel state and the membrane permeability will increase.
