At this time, the nurses are basically 24 years old.
Intermediate title (nurse in charge)
Nurses who have graduated from technical secondary school and have been employed as nurses for 7 years, 6 years in junior college, 4 years in undergraduate course and 2 years in master's degree can take the nurse supervisor exam;
Deputy Senior Professional Title (Deputy Chief Nurse)
After graduating from junior college, I worked in the hospital for 20 years and worked as a nurse in charge for 5 years before I was qualified. Undergraduate and master students can be directly employed as nurses in charge for 5 years and doctors for 2 years. Papers should be published every year for the first three years of applying for the title of deputy senior high school, and nurses at this level are qualified to become head nurses in a department;
Senior title (head nurse)
The ultimate goal of nurses, but nurses who generally reach this level are also 40+, and nurses with senior titles are all engaged in management, almost not clinical.
