New textbooks, new classroom standards and new examination methods require teachers to innovate teaching methods, use teaching methods as much as possible to arouse and cultivate students' interest in political lessons, guide students to actively think and practice, and improve their understanding ability; Teachers are required to link textbook knowledge and theory with students' own, family and social reality as much as possible in the teaching process, so as to deepen students' understanding and mastery of knowledge, thus truly improving the teaching quality of political lessons.
The author has been engaged in teaching for many years and has personally experienced the development, change and innovation of political textbooks, and has been in a novice state. Decades of teaching practice and experience have made me realize that new teachers must also have an important link-teaching reflection when using new textbooks for teaching innovation practice, so as to test whether their innovative teaching is effective and whether they have achieved the expected teaching goals and requirements. This is the core element to promote teachers' professional development and self-growth. Therefore, when talking about teachers' innovative teaching under the new curriculum, this paper occasionally involves teaching reflection accompanied by teaching methods.
First, the role of teacher innovation
Teaching innovation requires teachers to change their ideas, innovate their roles, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and form a partnership with students in the teaching process. They should be friends of students and establish equal relations with them. Teachers should gently point out students' mistakes in words and deeds or knowledge, convince people by reasoning, guide people by emotion and conduct. Teachers should combine strict requirements with enthusiastic encouragement, instead of replacing teaching with punishment and posing as authority. This will not only affect the quality of classroom teaching, but also hurt students' self-esteem, leading to students' rebellious mentality and resistance.
Teachers should be service providers, whose duties are "preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts", and their essence is to serve the healthy growth of students. Establishing service consciousness is the fundamental requirement of modern education for teachers. Therefore, teachers have the obligation to be teachers and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook; Teach the latest scientific knowledge and help students solve difficult problems in their studies.
Teachers should also be students. With the development of society and the arrival of the information age, the renewal of knowledge is faster and faster, the cycle is shorter and shorter, and the sources are wider and wider. It is impossible for anyone to know all the knowledge in all fields. As a group of students with strong thirst for knowledge and curiosity, they are more likely to acquire new knowledge through various channels and accept new things and concepts more easily. Therefore, in this sense, teachers should dare to learn from students with an open mind in some aspects. This not only enriches and improves oneself, but also narrows the distance between teachers and students, which plays an important role in improving teachers' own quality and the harmony between teachers and students.
Second, the teaching art innovation
Teaching innovation is also teaching art innovation, so we should try our best to adopt various and flexible teaching means and methods in the new curriculum teaching. Strive to make the classroom teaching structure reasonable, interesting and attractive, open and closed, dynamic and static, and appeal to both refined and popular tastes.
When entering the classroom, teachers should make a good start, strive to be novel, lively and ingenious, arouse students' emotions, stimulate students' interest in learning and form a good classroom atmosphere. For example, after entering the class, teacher: Students, before learning new things, the teacher should ask a question to test everyone's eyesight (before class, find five prestigious students in the class, tell them the purpose of the experiment and ask them to keep it absolutely confidential). Then, take out three pieces of wood with similar red, yellow and blue colors. They all answered A=B according to the teacher's intention, and then asked other students to answer and see how many students in the class were influenced by the top five to make wrong judgments. There are 6 1 students in the class, and 48 of them have the same answer, accounting for 78.7% of the students. The teacher compares the building blocks, draws a = C, and then asks several students why A = B. The answer is that some students in front believe that they have different views, but they all give up. Teacher transition: This phenomenon reflects a herd mentality. This is what we are going to study and discuss today. Please think about it, what are the similar behaviors in real life and your study life? In this way, students' thinking is also inspired and they are interested in classroom knowledge. Unfolding is not only reasonable, but also natural.
Psychological research shows that middle school students' attention will be relaxed every 5 ~ 7 minutes in class, which requires teachers to deal with the relationship between dynamic and static relaxation in teaching, so as to combine slow and slow, moderate dynamic and static, moderate relaxation and alternate use, so as to always maintain students' intentional attention and enthusiasm for learning; After listening and thinking carefully for a period of time, students can discuss, tell a joke or have a brain teaser to liven up the atmosphere, but they should be careful not to confuse rules and regulations in order to create an atmosphere, but to combine dynamic and static.
Political teaching should also suit both refined and popular tastes. It is necessary to change the rigid way of "textbooks speak rules and regulations while teachers recite rules and regulations" in the past, to be elegant in teaching, to use silent language for beauty with meaning, to use audio language for beauty with sound, to use body language for beauty with shape, to create a lively classroom teaching atmosphere with the help of beautiful and touching prop language and typical examples that students care about and are interested in.
Thirdly, the innovation of practical teaching methods.
According to the viewpoint of dialectical materialism epistemology, practice is the source of cognition, the driving force of cognition development, the only criterion to test whether cognition is correct or not, and also the purpose and destination of cognition. The practical teaching in political classroom teaching is to follow the above theory and adopt colorful and lively practical teaching in teaching, so that students can connect theoretical knowledge with social reality and personal experience and cultivate the ability of integrating theory with practice.
In short, with the rapid development of knowledge today, it is urgent to innovate the teaching of politics in middle schools. Teachers need to demand themselves with the concept of new courses for beginners, strengthen innovation consciousness, teaching reflection and practical innovation, constantly improve their own quality, take teaching and educating people as a career instead of making a living, and train more builders and successors with high political literacy for China's socialist modernization.
