Does space-time distortion really exist?
Einstein's general theory of relativity is the cornerstone of modern physics. Its essence is that gravity exists between two objects because the gravity field distorts four-dimensional space-time. According to foreign media reports, American scientists recently said that they have successfully observed the space-time distortion near neutron stars. According to Newton's mechanics, if there is no external interference, a gyroscope and a reference constellation will always be aligned. But according to Einstein's theory, the space-time distortion caused by the earth's rotation and gravity field will change the relative direction of gyroscope and reference constellation. Einstein's theory denies the concept of ether, affirms that electromagnetic field is an independent and special material existence form, and deeply analyzes the concepts of space and time, thus establishing a new space-time relationship. His 1905 paper is recognized as the first paper on relativity in the world and the first real relativistic physicist.
