If there are related problems (especially the format of the paper, in strict accordance with the requirements in the annex) that affect the audit and evaluation of the Ministry of Education, the consequences will be at your own risk.
2. This year's undergraduate graduation project plans to implement the defense mode of instructor avoidance and anonymous students, and defend in groups according to classes; For some students with poor completion (no proportional requirements), it is planned to take a second defense, and all the second defense will employ off-campus judges (transferred from the off-campus guidance group of undergraduate graduation design); For the students who failed in the second defense, it is necessary to further improve the thesis, and the tutor should strictly control the quality of the thesis, and then the college will submit it at the degree meeting in September.
3. Give full play to the role of undergraduate defense secretary. The undergraduate defense secretary is responsible for forecasting, format checking and material summary before defense. For the Minister of National Defense who has completed the corresponding tasks, the teaching workload equivalent to six invigilations is recognized by the end of the year, and the college will pay a certain fee.
4, each major (department) according to the need to set up a number of professional defense team, defense team by the professional (department) teachers or related teachers 5 people, set up team leader 1 person, secretary 1 person. The members of the defense team are paid by the college.
