Standardized training refers to the standardized training of residents. Through clinical practice, we can cultivate senior talents with high theoretical professional knowledge and operational professional skills, transport outstanding talents for lower-level hospitals, and relieve the employment pressure of medical students.
Policy changes in regulations and training over the years
In 2009, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System", clearly proposing "establishing a standardized training system for residents".
Conditional areas such as Tianjin, Shanghai, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Beijing and Zhejiang will be tested first according to the national deployment, and will be tested in 20 10, 201,201and 20/kloc-0 respectively in 2009.
It is also explicitly required that all clinicians with bachelor degree or above who enter medical posts should receive standardized training for residents.
20 13- 12, the former national health and family planning commission and other seven departments issued the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Standardized Training System for Residents" (hereinafter referred to as "Guiding Opinions"), which marked that China began to promote the establishment of a standardized training system for residents at the national level.
However, considering the uneven economic and social development in the country and the great differences in the basis of standardized training for residents, the Guiding Opinions did not implement a one-size-fits-all approach, but stipulated: "In 20 15 years, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will start standardized training for residents in an all-round way;
By 2020, a standardized training system for residents will be basically established, and all clinicians with bachelor's degree or above who have newly entered medical posts will receive standardized training for residents, allowing all localities to take 2020 as a transitional period for establishing a standardized training system for residents.
Is it necessary to standardize training?
At present, there are different opinions on whether supervision and training are necessary. However, it is an inevitable process to enter clinical training after graduation.
At present, most medical students are complaining about Gui Pei. The most tiring job I have done in the past three years is to earn disproportionate income, but compared with other peers, Guipei has gained a firm foothold in his own field.
However, some students can still get a lot from training. They met their teachers who guided them attentively, got good guidance at this special stage of transition from medical students to doctors, and successfully embarked on the road of becoming doctors. I can calmly deal with the problems in my future medical career.
Who needs training? How long is the training period?
First of all, we should understand that regulations and training are arranged by provinces according to relevant national policies, so there may be some differences among provinces and the implementation of hospitals is not the same.
There are three types of trainees:
Postgraduate: that is, the four certificates of medical professional degree (special master) are integrated, and the master's degree and standardized training are carried out at the same time.
Social person: a person who has no training certificate and no work unit (has not found a job or resigned) participates in the training in his personal capacity.
Unit person: commonly known as entrusted training (entrusted training), that is, the person who has an existing work unit and is sent by the work unit to a training base (hospital) for training.
Persons who do not need to participate in standardized training for residents: Postgraduates with master's and doctor's degrees are not required to participate in standardized training for residents (unless otherwise stipulated by the local provincial health and family planning and Chinese medicine management departments), and they are voluntarily selected by themselves.
Doctors who have obtained intermediate or above titles in clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and stomatology do not need to participate in standardized training for residents.
The rules and regulations require three years of graduation, two years for master students and two years for doctoral students.
It is mainly used to help solve the problem of labor shortage in large hospitals and reduce hospital expenses.
Can I get a training certificate after three years of rotation in 2005?
No matter what kind of discipline training, you need to take the discipline training completion exam at the end of the discipline training, and you can get the discipline training certificate only after passing the exam.
Your final exam is divided into theory and skills. Skills are generally carried out in hospitals, not necessarily in the hospitals where Gui Pei is located. Each province has a Guipei test center, and the content of the examination is more professional and detailed than that of the medical practitioner examination.
After all, we said that the examinations of professional doctors are not divided into departments, so the contents of the examinations are the same, and the certificates of supervision training will be subdivided into four departments: internal, external, women's and children's, that is to say, the examination contents of different majors are different, which will be more professional and detailed.
Of course, this means that when you graduate from a master's degree, you need to publish dissertations of related majors to get a degree certificate, and you also need to take graduation exams of relevant departments to get a certificate.
Do the regulations and training certificates in different provinces have an impact?
As mentioned earlier, regulation and training is still arranged by provinces according to relevant national policies, so the specific details of each province are not exactly the same. A few years ago, some students had a little trouble in adjusting training across provinces, and returned to their hometown to work after adjusting training in other provinces. Because the law training certificate is not in this province, it is necessary to stay in this province for one more year.
In addition, there are many special circumstances, where students are admitted to graduate school in the middle of training, or want to drop out of school to participate in training in other majors and other provinces. These details need to be consulted with the local health department or hospital.
Can I stay in hospital after training?
Many students are concerned about whether they can stay in the hospital after training. This is mainly related to the form of our training
If you are a graduate student, you will have a great advantage in the hospital job fair if you combine the four certificates after graduation. If you are assigned to other hospitals for training, you need to serve in the original hospital for several years after passing the training. If you receive training in this hospital, you will continue to work in this hospital after the training.
Is there a conflict between legal training and postgraduate entrance examination?
Once the training begins, you can't stop halfway. If we pause, we will start from the beginning next time.
Many undergraduates take part in regular training after graduation, but they want to take the postgraduate entrance examination halfway, and they don't want to give up regular training, so they are caught in a dilemma.
Undergraduate students who haven't graduated are advised to weigh the training and postgraduate entrance examination in the last year. If you want to have both, you must carefully prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination during school. I will attend the training again during my graduate school. Undergraduate students who are already being trained should weigh the pros and cons and make career plans.
Is regulation and training good for career development?
Medical students enter the clinic from school. At first, they were generally confused and their roles could not be changed. Through discipline, you will understand what you want and what you should do, so as to actively learn knowledge and exercise your ability.
