Your graduation thesis will eventually be uploaded to the school library of HowNet. The school library is not open on HowNet. At the beginning, your paper was compared with HowNet. The last time I checked it, it was compared with your school library. This is not the point. The point is that your thesis will not be compared horizontally with the students who graduated with you (including the students in your same research group). These are not within the scope of duplicate checking, so you should understand what I mean when you see here!

However, if there is a lot of duplication between your paper and the content previously included in HowNet, even if the same major in the school is wrong, your paper repetition rate will be high.
