2. Argumentative argument: refers to the process and method of using arguments to prove arguments. It is the link between argumentation and logical relationship between argumentation. Argumentative writing solves the problem of "what needs to be proved", argumentative writing solves the problem of "what to prove" and argumentative writing solves the problem of "how to prove". There are many ways to demonstrate, and there are four kinds that junior high school requires us to master: ① Demonstration with examples: citing conclusive, sufficient and representative examples to prove the argument; (2) Reasoning and argumentation: use the incisive opinions in Marxist classic works, famous sayings and aphorisms from domestic and foreign celebrities, and recognized theorem formulas to prove the argument; ③ Comparative argument: compare positive and negative arguments or arguments, and prove arguments in comparison; (4) Metaphorical argument: use familiar things as metaphors to prove the argument.
3. The function of argumentative method: (1) Use examples to demonstrate, also called example method, which is this method. Its function is: facts speak louder than words, and concrete, conclusive, full and representative examples prove the argument, which can enhance the persuasiveness of the article. (2) Reasoning, also known as citation, is an argumentative paper using theoretical arguments. Its function is: the familiar truth is easy to be recognized by readers, and in the process of reasoning, readers' thinking is easy to resonate with the author's ideas, so this argument method can enhance the logical power of the article and strengthen the persuasiveness of the article. (3) Comparative argument, comparing positive and negative arguments or arguments, and proving arguments in comparison. Its function is that it can only be identified by comparison. In the process of comparison, readers can identify with the author's point of view by thinking, which enhances the persuasiveness of the argument. Moreover, using this method can make readers have a deeper understanding of the truth to be proved and express it better. (4) Metaphorical argument is to use familiar things as metaphors to prove the central argument. Its function is to make profound truth simple and abstract truth intuitive and easy for readers to understand.
4. A problem that should be paid attention to when analyzing argumentation methods. In some articles, the author quoted an ancient prose, the content of which is a story. Some students are not sure whether this is a truth argument or an example argument, because some teachers are more general and call all arguments in this way truth argument. Actually, it is not. The incisive opinions in the classic works of Marxism, the famous sayings and aphorisms of celebrities at all times and all over the world, and the accepted theorem formula are all summarized as arguments to prove that this argument belongs to a truth argument.
