Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Tactics are the essence of China's ancient military theory. Although I have read the book introducing Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Strategies before taking this course, I still don't understand it after reading it, such as playing the fool, going upstairs and taking the stairs, waiting to see what happens, and so on. But in class, I can easily understand the wonderful use of Sun Tzu's Thirty-six Tactics by watching the series and listening to the teacher's profound explanation.
As a good series, The Art of War by Sun Tzu borrows the stories of Sun Bin and Pang Juan, famous warring states soldiers who have been widely circulated for more than two thousand years, and integrates the Art of War by Sun Tzu and the Thirty-six Strategies, thus vividly interpreting the contents of the Art of War by Sun Tzu and the Thirty-six Strategies. The whole drama is planned in one episode, with interlocking plans, ups and downs of stories and suspense. Through vivid stories, this paper describes how Sun Bin skillfully used each of the 36 strategies during the Warring States Period.
Today's era is no longer comparable to the past. Human civilization has developed rapidly, and the speed of scientific and technological development has greatly exceeded everyone's imagination. However, this is the case.

In the new era, we are still more and more aware of the importance of Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Strategies. As Kaiser Wilhelm II lamented after his exile, he said that if he had read The Art of War 20 years earlier, he would not have suffered the pain of national subjugation. Its importance can be imagined.
When we talk about Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Strategies, we will naturally think of strategies in war. At present, the international situation in China is not optimistic. In the east, North Korea and South Korea are full of gunpowder, and there is a territorial dispute between China and Japan over the Diaoyu Islands. In the south, there are territorial disputes and island disputes with the Philippines, Vietnam and other countries on the South China Sea issue, and border demarcation disputes with India. Outside, there are even behemoths like the United States. All this is vaguely similar to the hegemony of the great powers in the Warring States period, which requires the government to flexibly use Sun Tzu's art of war and thirty-six strategies to deal with all kinds of disputes. Once a war breaks out, make full use of it and win it in one fell swoop.
In fact, in today's China, economic development is the mainstay, and the government will try its best to avoid the outbreak of war. However, can it be said that in peacetime, Sun Tzu's Art of War and the Thirty-six Strategies are useless? This statement is obviously wrong. Just as shopping malls are like battlefields, we should also make full use of Sun Tzu's art of war and

Thirty-six plans. Not just shopping malls, all aspects of life, politics, diplomacy, economy, sports and so on. As long as they are used properly, they can produce considerable results. This is very valuable in this peaceful era. Therefore, more and more people are studying Sun Tzu's Thirty-six Tactics, with a view to learning ways to deal with people and applying them successfully.
Generally speaking, the elective course Sun Tzu's Art of War Thirty-six Tactics not only deepened my understanding of Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Tactics, but also paid attention to the role of Sun Tzu's Art of War and Thirty-six Tactics in real life ideologically, and also aroused my interest in learning them, which can be described as a great benefit.
