Fourth, standardization. The purpose of standardization of scientific and technological papers is to realize the exchange of literature information and resource sharing, to promote people's research results to be transformed into practical productive forces and to accelerate the development of social modernization. Therefore, scientific papers should strictly abide by the relevant standards and regulations formulated by the state and relevant departments in terms of format, content requirements and some special fields.
