He has published more than ten papers in English management magazines in North America and Europe, including American Management Review Society. Academic research publications, such as Business Risk Journal and International Management Journal, and management application publications, such as Organizational Dynamics, Business Vision and Management Decision.

He read more than 30 papers in the form of anonymous peer review at the international management conference, and won several best paper awards from the Oriental School of Management and the American Institute of Competitiveness.
