Two. Macao returnees
1. Close contacts of confirmed cases in Macao are not allowed to return to the peak within 7 days after the isolation, within 7 days after the unsealing of personnel in the red code area and the yellow code area in Macao, during the on-the-job period of personnel in high-risk posts and within 14 days after leaving their posts; People who travel from Hong Kong to Macau for less than 2 1 day are not allowed to return to Fengfeng.
2. From now on, all people returning from Macao should report to the community and units in time, and must promise that they have not lived in foreign countries or other overseas areas for 14 days before entering the mainland, and hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours before boarding the plane. Upon arrival, the personnel shall conduct nucleic acid detection twice in time. After the test result is negative, it can flow orderly under the premise of personal protection.
Three, the domestic high-risk areas and positive infection areas are abundant.
1, announced by the state, people who come to peak and return to peak in middle and high risk areas will be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation 14 days, and single household isolation for 7 days. During the period of centralized isolation, the "three-piece" control measures of nucleic acid detection and isolation removal were implemented. Before the isolation, the detection of human, biological and environmental nucleic acids was added, and the isolation could be lifted only if the results were negative; During the medical observation of home isolation, nucleic acid detection was carried out at home on the 4 th and 7 th days.
2. From the counties where the middle and high risk areas are located and the counties where the positive infection occurs, the medical observation of single person and single household at home was carried out for 14 days. During the observation period of home medical isolation, the nucleic acid was detected on 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14, and the "three-piece test" was carried out before the isolation was lifted.
3. Continue to take home health monitoring measures 14 days for the migrant workers in the middle and high-risk areas of the city and other low-risk counties with positive infection, and carry out 1 nucleic acid detection on 14 days respectively.
Note: Counties under the jurisdiction of municipalities such as Beijing and Tianjin are treated as prefecture-level cities; Sub-district offices and towns under their jurisdiction are treated at the county level.
4. Implement "7+7" control measures for people who have never had positive cases before in Beijing, Tianjin and other municipalities, or who have had positive cases before and have just been downgraded to ordinary low-risk areas 14 days, that is, 7 days of home health monitoring, and 65438+ will be carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. Four, the city's foreign returnees

V. Close contacts, close contacts and key contact groups
Implement the "14+7" isolation policy for close contacts and sub-close contacts, that is, after lifting the centralized isolation medical observation 14 days, implement home health monitoring for 7 days; For key contacts other than close contacts and sub-close contacts, home health monitoring will be carried out for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days, during which they will not go out or gather.
Before the onset of the case, or 4 days before the first positive sample sampling time of asymptomatic infected persons, the potential close contacts involved should be monitored at home for 14 days.
Six, "code yellow" personnel
