How to solve the material scattering problem of belt conveyor?

1. Spreading material when the belt deviates: Spreading material when the belt deviates is because the height of both sides of the belt has changed, one side is high and the other side is low, and the material overflows from the lower side. 2. Spread out when the concave belt is suspended: when the curvature radius of the concave belt section is small, the belt will be suspended, and the belt grooving situation will change at this time, because the belt has left the grooving roller group, the groove angle generally becomes smaller, which makes some materials spread out. Therefore, in the design stage, concave sections with larger radius of curvature should be adopted as far as possible to avoid this situation. For example, in order to shorten the tail car on the mobile mechanical ship loader and stacker-reclaimer equipment, the concave section here is designed as a transition section without arc, which has smaller bandwidth and is easier to spread materials.

3. Bulk materials at the transfer point: bulk materials at the transfer point are mainly in the hopper and guide chute. For example, the belt conveyor is seriously overloaded, the rubber ring of the guide groove of the belt conveyor is damaged, the steel plate at the guide groove is designed to be far away from the belt, and the rubber ring is long, so that the material rushes out of the guide groove. The above situation can be solved by controlling transportation capacity and strengthening maintenance.
