Assessment requirements for first-level teachers in middle schools: 1. Have a solid basic theory and professional knowledge of the subject taught, independently master the curriculum standards, teaching materials, teaching principles and teaching methods of the subject taught, have rich teaching experience, have good professional knowledge and skills, carry out extracurricular activities in combination with teaching, develop students' intelligence and ability, and achieve good teaching results; 3. Have certain ability to organize and carry out education and teaching research, undertake certain teaching and research tasks, and accumulate certain experience in the innovative practice of quality education; 4. Make some achievements in training and guiding the second and third grade teachers to improve their professional level and teaching ability;
Have a doctorate; Or have a master's degree, and have taught in the post of second-level teacher for more than 2 years; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been teaching in the second-level teacher position for more than 4 years; Or have a college degree and have taught in primary and junior high school teachers for more than 4 years; Or graduated from a secondary normal school, and has been teaching as a secondary teacher in a primary school for more than 5 years. Generally, provincial education departments organize expert groups to audit, and some provinces organize experts to audit by municipal education departments.
High school teachers' evaluation requirements
(1) The first-level teachers in middle schools have worked for more than 2 years after obtaining the doctorate. (2) Bachelor's degree (general junior college class), middle school teaching experience 10 years or master's (double bachelor's degree) middle school teaching experience for 8 years, and middle school level teachers' working experience for more than 5 years. (3) College degree, middle school teaching experience 12 years, or 5 years of bachelor degree, and more than 5 years of working experience as a middle school teacher. (4) High school (technical secondary school) education, secondary school teaching experience of 20 years or college education, secondary school teaching experience of 15 years, undergraduate education before the end of 2007, and working experience as a first-level middle school teacher of more than 5 years.
Professional requirements:
(1) officially published monograph or translation (I have written no less than 30,000 words). (2) Independent publication of more than 2 professional education and teaching papers in municipal and above public publications (including at least 1 paper published in provincial and above publications, or third prize and above in the paper appraisal organized by provincial and above education authorities, education societies and seminars). (3) Independent publication of the professional education and teaching papers 1 paper in provincial and above publications, and papers 1 paper that won the second or third prize at the provincial level in the paper appraisal organized by the municipal and above education authorities (including Education Society and Yan Tao Society). (4) to participate in the teaching reference materials organized by the provincial and above education authorities, and I have contributed more than 20,000 words. (5) As the host or a member of the core group of the teaching and research project above the municipal level, the project has been completed or won the teaching and research achievement award above the municipal level, and at the same time, at least 1 educational and teaching research papers related to the project have been independently published in provincial and above public publications, published with the title of teacher's thesis, and paper net awarded Grade 9.
