D At present, there are different degrees of employment and labor relations between individual economy and private economy based on private ownership. According to the current policy, only eight or more people are defined as the private economy, and owners with less than eight people are still considered as "large individual households". Some private economies wear the label of "collective", such as private enterprises affiliated to the collective economy, or enterprises nominally contracted or leased to the collective economy by private individuals, which are essentially private economic entities operated with borrowed capital.
