1, select all the first-level titles in the article;
2. Click the title 1 in the Format-Style and Format list, drop down the black triangle, and then click Modify. Note that the font and paragraph format are modified in the format.
3. Set the second-level and third-level header formats to Heading 2 and Heading 3 as in Step 2.
* After setting all levels of titles, a black box will appear in front of the titles. Just click ˇ in "Show Paragraph Labels" under "View".
(b) Followed by the automatic generation of the catalogue.
1. Perform "Insert-Reference-Index and Directory-Directory" on the directory page.
2. In this page, modify the format of directories at all levels in the directory page and follow the "Modify" option.
3. After completing the relevant settings, click [OK], and the system will automatically generate the article directory.
