Hu Yili, 1972, born in Yongkang, Zhejiang, holds a master's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Now he is a lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and a member of Shanghai Prison Society. Main research fields: criminology, investigation and criminal technology. He published Modesty and Universal Punishment in Bribery Crime in Research on the Application of the New Criminal Law and Thoughts on Establishing a Scientific Community Policing System in the New Development of Criminal Justice and Crime Control. Participated in the compilation of books such as Theory of Criminal Defense Law and Lawyer's Practice and Criminal Law Regulation of Crimes in Commercial Fields. Participated in the project of "Research on departmental interests in legislation" of Shanghai Legislative Affairs Office and won the third prize.
