2. Wound infection: The incidence rate is about 5%. In addition to emphasizing preoperative examination of vaginal cleanliness, treatment of vaginal inflammation and vaginal irrigation, appropriate use of antibiotics after operation. We require patients to start washing vagina one week after operation to reduce wound infection and promote healing. At first, you can use some drugs (specifically going to the hospital) to dilute and rinse, and then rinse with cold boiled water after 2 weeks. Need to buy special washing equipment (available in pharmacies). Generally, it is washed once every 2-3 months, and it cannot be washed during menstruation.
3. Cervical spinal stenosis: About 4% of patients have this condition. We ask patients to pay attention to the menstrual condition after operation. If menstrual disorder or abdominal pain occurs, you should see a doctor in time and perform cervical canal dilation if necessary.
4. About regular follow-up: We recommend seeing a doctor once a month three months before cervical conization. It is mainly to check the wound healing and handle it in time if it is abnormal. We will decide whether to continue vaginal irrigation according to the situation. Cervical cytology (TCT) or human papillomavirus will be reexamined in the third month after operation; After that, re-inspection was conducted in the 6th month, 9th month and12nd month respectively, and the items were the same as before. Continue to review in the second year. If the previous times are normal, we will not review them every six months. If it is normal, 1 year can be reviewed once.
5. Sexual life is forbidden within three months after operation, so as not to cause cervical wound infection and bleeding.
6. For women who want to get pregnant, if TCT is normal for the first time after surgery, it is usually suggested that they can get pregnant.

The above suggestions are for patients who have undergone cervical conization surgery with Professor Wu Ming and me. Because different hospitals have different surgical methods, it is for reference only.
