I come from the vacuum tube workshop. I am a maintenance worker in the workshop. My name is Yu Yi.

Since I joined the XX family in 2005, I have experienced the brilliant development of the company and put my enthusiasm and passion into my work.

As a maintenance worker in the workshop, my job is very simple, that is, to maintain the equipment and machines in the workshop. Machinery and equipment are our workers' "iron rice bowls", just as soldiers must have weapons and equipment on the battlefield. If the equipment goes on strike and doesn't work, the workers will be like "a clever woman can't cook without rice". I am a "pot-mending" and "rice-washing" person. In my daily work, the equipment is broken. My colleagues and I are always on call, never work with a working mood, and do our duty to repair the equipment thoroughly before we call it a day.

In several years of maintenance work, I have deeply realized that equipment is maintenance rather than repair, just as our workshop put forward that "the quality of XX products is dry, not detected by quality inspectors". At ordinary times, we treat the equipment like a doctor, so as to "look, smell and ask". We know which equipment in the oil belt is prone to what kind of faults and which equipment should be replaced, and under the guidance of leaders, we have formed work records and established equipment files.

In the peak season of production, respond to the call of "everything paves the way for sales and everything makes way for production" in the workshop. As what we can do, in addition to maintaining the equipment, we also try our best to serve the production and obey the call of workshop leaders. Where there is a shortage of people, where to make up. It is with this passion that we have been praised by the leaders. We cooperated with all the processes in the workshop to ensure the smooth completion of the workshop production tasks.

Some people say that "a great man can become a great man because he has done earth-shattering things", but in XX, as a maintenance worker, I do the same ordinary work repeatedly every day and take pleasure in it. We've done it thousands of times. Sometimes, I also deeply feel my greatness!

Today, standing here, I told the story of my happy work. In too many words, I didn't mention "I", but "we", because I feel that what I have done is far from enough. Many brothers and sisters in my colleagues are like me, and some of them do better than me. In the future, I will learn from them, and I will learn from them and constantly improve myself.

"Model worker" is a glorious title, an outstanding representative of workers in the whole society, an elite of the nation, a pillar of the country and the backbone of society. With practical actions, they have created a great model worker spirit of loving their posts and being dedicated, striving for first-class, struggling hard, being brave in innovation, being indifferent to fame and fortune, and being willing to contribute. I remember when I first went to work, the name "* * *" often sounded in my ears, and the praise of others left a deep imprint on my heart. At that time, my mood was the same as that of today's fans. I really want to get close to celebrities and get close to them. Later, due to professional reasons, I often helped * * * to make slides and handle some written reports, which gave me more opportunities to get in touch with * * *, understand, feel and feel the life course of * * * along the way. I was moved by his dedication to the geological cause. When he came to the geological team on 1976, he had an indissoluble bond with drilling for more than 30 years. Drilling major is very hard. A project should invest a lot of energy from design scheme, preliminary investigation, construction start-up, construction management, contradiction coordination and completion acceptance. When it comes to projects with tight deadlines and heavy tasks, they simply don't care about their families and their own health. I often see that the light in the office of * * * is still on in the middle of the night, and he is still busy. In order to conquer the technical project of "directional drilling", he was hospitalized once for surgery and was rushed out of the hospital before the incision was removed. He lay in the car and rushed to the construction site in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province with professors from Nanjing University, in order to solve the problem of taking the original core during drilling. In the years when he was engaged in field exploration and scientific research, it was commonplace to spend the New Year on the drilling rig at the construction site. The firecrackers in the Spring Festival were deafening, and when the New Year bell rang, he missed his loved ones, and his heart was inevitably a little sour. However, he said, "drilling construction is very hard, but it is fun." Whenever my comrades and I solve a technical problem, I am very happy. " Drilling technology has become a pleasure for him, and he loves it from the bottom of his heart.

I'm impressed. It is precisely because of his solid professional foundation and hard-working spirit that the so-called belt is gradually widened, so that he does not regret it and languishes for the missing people in Iraq. Based on the drilling post, he started with the "five small" achievements and carried out innovative activities. The success of every small invention and reform, even the encouragement of a certificate and a small radio, can stimulate his enthusiasm for scientific research. In the early 1980s, he designed and developed a hydraulic mud jet agitator and a single-point directional instrument, which were popularized and applied in drilling construction. The results are very good, and they won the second prize of "Five Small" achievements of national young workers and the first prize of "Five Small" achievements of Anhui young workers respectively. After that, it got out of hand and tirelessly completed a number of scientific research projects in the drilling line. He successfully presided over the series of achievements of "controllable directional drilling technology", which made great contributions to the solution and breakthrough of key technologies in geological exploration and geotechnical engineering construction. A series of technical problems such as hole arrangement, drilling and coring in urban building dense areas have been solved. Manual "navigation" drilling below 1000m is realized, and a hole can branch into umbrella, feather, "s" and other directions. Since the adoption of 1985, this exploration technology has been successfully applied in many large mining areas, and solved the technical problems and potential value of steep orebodies, irregular orebodies and orebodies that cannot be explored under ground obstacles. These are just the tip of the iceberg in the achievements of * * *. He has been engaged in prospecting technology for more than 30 years, participated in and presided over many national, provincial, ministerial and bureau-level scientific research projects, and won dozens of scientific research achievement awards; Participate in the industry standard of Directional Drilling Specification edited by China Geological Publishing House; More than 30 papers have been published in domestic public journals, and 8 papers have won provincial and ministerial excellent paper awards. In the 1990s, the geological team was in a "low valley" situation, and the tasks of geological exploration were reduced year by year, so the geological team faced a crisis of survival. * * * Without hesitation, confusion and regret, he repeatedly declined the employment of scientific research institutes in some big cities and developed regions. In order to make the troops survive and develop, he insisted on drilling technology. Take the lead in setting up a "special drilling engineering office" with strong professional skills and hard work style. With the advantages and good reputation of the leading directional drilling technology in China, it has created brilliant achievements and its own special drilling brand in the fierce market competition, from Guangzhou in the south, the capital in the north, Shanghai and Zhejiang in the east, Hubei in the west and Nanjing in the middle. I remember that on the eve of July 1 this year, when a reporter came to our team to interview * * * and asked * * how he felt about being awarded the title of model worker, what * * said the most was: "Although I was the honor alone, everyone did it, and I was just one of them."
