(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional and technical work for more than five years, and served as assistant title for more than four years.
(2) graduated from college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than six years, and served as an assistant title for more than four years.
(3) graduated from secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and served as an assistant title for more than four years.
(4) Those with junior high school education or below must be engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and have served as assistant titles for more than four years.
Second, the conditions that must be met:
1) passed the English test for professional titles.
2) Pass the computer test for professional titles (engineers need three modules).
3) publish a professional paper in a provincial journal (some can be published for a fee)

Intermediate engineer
Engineering series title intermediate title. Junior, intermediate and senior titles are called assistant engineer, engineer, senior engineer (deputy senior), researcher or professor senior engineer (Gao Zheng) respectively. The intermediate title is called "Engineer" for short. It has been widely recognized by human resources and social security institutions at all levels.
An engineer is someone who can operate, design, manage and evaluate an engineering system. The word "engineer" is usually only used for people who have a professional degree or equivalent work experience in an engineering field.
