How to sow seeds on floppy disks?
(1) Common sowing methods: ① Water the seedbed. Before putting the seedling tray, the seedbed should be watered enough to saturate the surface water of the soil until the water overflows, so as to ensure that no water is watered or less water is watered after sowing and before emergence. (2) the soil is placed. Put about 2/3 of the nutrient soil into the holes of the seedling tray, put it on the seedbed, connect the seedling tray tightly without leaving any gaps, and press the seedling tray into the mud on the bed surface with wooden boards for 0.5 ~ 1 cm. Be careful not to let the seedling tray hang in the air, so as not to affect the growth and development of roots. After the seedling tray is set up, seal it tightly with soil. ③ water. Spray water on the seedling tray to thoroughly water the nutrient soil. If the nutrient soil is not disinfected, each dish shall be disinfected by spraying 0.3g of 70% Pinus elliottii 1000 times of liquid medicine, and then sprayed with clear water. (4) sowing and covering the soil. According to the number of seedling trays placed in each seedbed, the sowing amount of each seedbed is calculated, and then the seeds are scattered into the seedling tray holes several times, and the seeds falling on the seedling tray holes are swept clean with a broom. After sowing, spray a small amount of clear water to combine the seeds with nutrient soil, or put an empty seedling tray on the table to press the seeds, and then cover the nutrient soil to make the soil flush with the disk surface. After covering the soil, the soil and seeds on the disk surface must be removed, otherwise the roots will be intertwined on the disk surface, which is not conducive to seedling separation and affects the speed and quality of throwing and planting. ⑤ Chemical weeding and tea frame covering. After covering the soil, apply herbicides and then cover the film with tea. The method is the same as dry film seedling raising.

The advantage of this sowing method is that it is fast. The disadvantage is that the number of seeds per hole is not uniform, or even there is no seed hole phenomenon.

(2) Sowing with mixed soil: Sowing in batches in several plates. Weigh out the seeds and nutrient soil needed for each batch, first put 1/3 of nutrient soil into each hole evenly, then mix the other 2/3 of nutrient soil and seeds evenly, sprinkle them into the holes of seedling trays, level them with a scraper, pile them up and compact them every 10 ~ 15 of seedling trays, transport them to the seedbed, and place and flatten them.

This sowing method is widely used. The advantages are simplicity, labor saving and high efficiency, while the disadvantages are uneven sowing depth and irregular seedling emergence, so it is necessary to increase the sowing amount appropriately to make up for the deficiency.

(3) Seeding by placing the seedling tray first: This sowing method is to put the seedling tray in the seedbed first, leaving no gaps between the seedling trays. After the press plate is put into the mud, one of the above two methods is used for sowing, and the operation procedure is the same as the above corresponding method.

This method is labor-saving and simple, but the soil is not easy to compact, so it should be compacted on the upper pile after sowing.

(4) Seeding method of seeder: ① Seeding method of drawer seeder. This seeder matches the specifications of the seedling tray. When sowing, select the corresponding seeder according to the number of holes in the seedling tray and the sowing amount per hole. First, fill 2/3 of the nutrient soil into the hole of the seedling tray, then align the hole of the bottom plate of the seeder with the hole of the seedling tray, move the upper plate to cover the hole of the lower plate, put the seeds germinated until the breast is broken into the seeder, scrape off the redundant seeds between the holes of the upper plate, move the upper plate to align the holes of the upper and lower plates, and the seeds fall into the holes of the seedling tray. Every 10 ~ 15 trays are stacked together and transported to the seedbed with tray supports to fix the trays. Pressing plate, covering soil, watering, chemical weeding, house inspection and film mulching are the same as ordinary sowing methods. (2) The sowing method of trough seeder. Uncover the rubber plate so that the notch is upward, pour the nutrient soil into the notch, scrape off the excess part, and rotate the groove rail to make the soil fall into the hole of the seedling tray. Put the rubber plate in place, sow, scrape off the excess seeds, and then turn the groove rail to make the seeds fall into the holes of the seedling tray. Stacking, transporting, swinging, compacting and covering soil are the same as common sowing methods.
