Under the careful arrangement of the company leaders, this internship was conducted in Gushan Mining Co., Ltd. of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group. Gushan Mining Co., Ltd. of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. It is an important iron ore production and supply base of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., located in Taibai Town and Niandou Township of dangtu county, 25 kilometers away from Maanshan City and 18 kilometers away from Wuhu City. Gushan Mine is a mining enterprise with a mining history of more than 90 years. The traffic in the mining area is very convenient. At present, there are 32 workshop departments, with a total of about 1.600 employees and a total population of 7,000.

3. Overview of internship
3. 1 and mining workshop
After the safety education in factories and mines, we were arranged to go to the first place for internship-the mining workshop. Hemushan Iron Mine belongs to Gushan Mining Co., Ltd. of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group. Hemushan iron mine is divided into four ore sections: Qianhemushan, Qianguanyinshan, Houhemushan and Houguanyinshan. Some ore bodies on the surface of Qianhemushan and Qianguanyinshan ore blocks have been basically mined, and the ore blocks currently produced are Houhemushan and Houguanyinshan. According to the occurrence conditions of ore bodies in Houhemushan and Houguanyinshan ore blocks and the physical and mechanical properties of ore bodies and surrounding rocks, the mining methods selected in Houhemushan ore block are induced caving and pillarless sublevel caving. The mining methods of Houguanyinshan ore block are sublevel open stoping and subsequent filling mining and room pillar mining. In recent years, according to the relevant requirements of the country and the change of actual production situation, the mining method has changed again, and it has been initially changed to upward horizontal drift filling method.
Under the arrangement of director Chen in the workshop, we had a one-month internship in the production team. The production team of Hechuang Workshop is mainly composed of two majors, namely, Zhou Lei and Li in mining and Wang Gong (Wang Xiucai), Rogge (Luo Hu) and Lu Ge (Lu Shi) in geology. The main arrangement of the production team's internship is to study in the well in the morning and study materials in the afternoon. Because the production technology of Hemushan mining area is similar to our company, the mining workshop has become the focus of our internship.
During my internship in mining and mining, I set three basic goals for my internship: 1, to be familiar with the underground environment and understand the main systems of mine production. 2. Focus on the mining method in Hemushan mining area, with filling mining method as the main technology. 3. Understand the underground safety management, common underground safety problems and corresponding countermeasures.
During the internship, we mainly followed Gong Li, who was in charge of mining, and Wang Gong, who was in charge of geology. Under the leadership of Gong Li and Wang Gong, I went into the well more than ten times in one month's internship. At first, the underground environment was very strange. With the increase of downhole times, I gradually became familiar with the downhole environment until I established the overall downhole concept. I also have a certain understanding of underground development system, lifting transportation system, power supply system, drainage system, filling system, gas supply system, water supply system and ventilation system.
Hemu Coal Mine has complex geological conditions and poor ventilation conditions underground. During my underground practice, I have been paying attention to a problem, that is, the serious deformation of Houhe Mushan-137.5m roadway. We observed the whole process from the beginning of roadway cracking to gradual deformation until roadway repair. Also participated in the discovery and report of this problem, and held a seminar to introduce the construction scheme to solve the problem. After the process of solving this problem, I learned that a process of solving problems in the underground field is: finding problems, reporting problems, discussing problems, determining plans, and accepting construction. In addition, we also know the complexity of geological conditions in Hemushan mining area.
The whole underground process also involves a process-ore taste test. The technological process of ore grade test includes underground core sampling, crushing, drying, grinding, sampling, bagging and tasting. First, follow Wang Gong to the production prospecting site for core sampling. Rock samples from the production exploration site are put into the sample box at one time according to the exploration depth, and we randomly sample in the sample box according to our own needs. Rock samples were sent to the laboratory after sampling. The laboratory first grinds the sample, dries it and then grinds it into powder. Finally, the powder is sampled and put into a sample bag. After the second sampling, the samples are sent to the sample laboratory, and the grade of the ore is obtained through laboratory tests. The test results are finally sent to the production team, and the production team arranges production work according to the corresponding data.
Underground learning is a long-term accumulation process, and underground safety problem discovery and safety management are the crystallization of learning and experience. Wang Gong and Gong Li often taught that working underground must first ensure their own safety, so as to take care of the safety of others. Finding safety problems on the job site requires the accumulation of work experience, but also requires a pair of eyes and a meticulous heart that are good at observing things. For example, Hemushan mining area currently uses electric scraper to transport ore and ore drawing in chute. In view of the ore drawing mode, the effective preventive measures are to set fences, piers, anti-falling and red lights at the wellhead. The safety problems and management measures of this site can only be known and mastered through underground research.
The practice of mining workshop takes the internship outline issued by the company leaders as the theme, focusing on the theme goal of self-study. After a month's internship, I basically completed the planning and arrangement during the internship.
3.2 Baixiangshan Project Department
Under the arrangement of Director Yin, the internship of Baixiangshan Project Department was divided into four people according to the specialty, and I was arranged to practice in the safeguard section of Baixiangshan Project Department. There are five people in the security department of Baixiangshan, namely Jia (Jia Fengjie), Han Gong (Han Jie), Zhang Ge (Zhang Ming), Zhu Ge (Zhu Chengqi) and Zhou Genfei. Under the arrangement of section chief Jia, I mainly studied with Han Hong during my internship. Han Gong is an old employee who has been engaged in electrical work 19 years, and has been doing safety management in Baixiangshan Project Department for four years.
On the first day of Bai Xiangshan's internship, I handed the internship study plan to Han Gong, and Han Gong made detailed arrangements for my two-week internship according to the study plan. The daily practice is divided into two parts, one is to study in the production site in the morning, and the other is to study in the department in the afternoon. When I was studying on the spot, the Korean trade union explained to me the relevant safety matters and the on-site safety management methods of each production process on each spot. In the afternoon of studying in the department, the Korean trade union explained to me the safety management system of Baixiangshan and some specific practices in safety management according to the arrangement. In this study, I mainly studied the safety account management, on-site safety inspection and hidden danger rectification of Baixiangshan Project Department.
Bai Xiangshan first came into contact with the safety management ledger of the security department during her internship. The account book is kept in the filing cabinet of the department, with 22 folders. The ledger is slowly accumulated and summarized by section chief Jia and Han Hong through their work in recent years. All safety management accounts are: 1), safety training records, 2), safety officer meeting records, 3), safety meeting records of leading group, 4), weekly engineering meeting records, 5), weekly safety work summary, 6), monthly safety report, 7), safety inspection records, 8), safety learning materials of mining companies, 9), 9. 1 1), safety and environmental protection documents, 12), safety documents and distribution register, 13), accident and accident analysis, 14), hidden danger rectification cancellation account, 15), and special operation personnel registration. 18), dangerous areas and dangerous operations, major hazard sources, 19), account of violation punishment, 20), nondestructive testing report of steel wire rope, performance testing report of lightning protection facilities, 2 1), special equipment registration account, 22), and fire equipment requisition registration form, etc. The first half of the internship is mainly to learn the contents of the ledger, establish the way and process of the ledger, and learn the management method of the ledger in combination with the problems found on the spot.
As an intern in the project department, safety inspection is one of the key contents of study. The safety section of the project department has formulated three safety inspection methods: on-site inspection once a day, safety inspection once a week and special inspection twice a month. Daily patrol and weekly inspection are completed by security guards of the security department. The special inspection twice a month is led by the security department, and professionals from all departments are organized to carry out major inspections. Special inspection is a comprehensive, professional and meticulous inspection of all the production of the whole project department. Special inspection First of all, the Security Section will formulate a special safety inspection notice and distribute the plan to all departments a few days before the inspection. According to the arrangement of the notice, all departments team up to enter the production site. After the special safety inspection, hold a meeting of all participants to summarize the safety problems found in the inspection.
Aiming at the hidden dangers found in safety inspection, the project department has a set of closed-loop management of hidden dangers rectification, that is, the closed-loop management process from organization inspection to inspection content, to finding hidden dangers and proposing rectification measures, and then to checking and canceling cases. When I went to China Coal 7 1 Air Well Workstation, Han Gong asked me to learn this closed-loop safety management in practice. Take the hidden danger found in an inspection as an example to find out the relevant records of the working machine made by the construction unit for this hidden danger. From hidden dangers rectification to case acceptance cancellation, there must be corresponding ledger records and signatures. Through this study, I have a deeper understanding of on-site safety inspection and management, and I have benefited a lot from the enthusiasm and serious responsibility of Korean workers.
Two weeks internship in the safety section of the project department gave me the opportunity to get in touch with the first-line safety work. I have learned some specific on-site safety management methods and learned more about the safety management of the project department.
3.3 Safety Production Management Section
The practice of safety production management in Gushan Coal Mine is the last link, and the study time is short. The main purpose of learning is to learn the safety management of the system. The safety production management section consists of six people, namely Ding (Ding), Luo Gong (Luo), Cheng Gong (Cheng Gaofu), Hu, Gong Li (Li Yiqing) and Gong Li (Liming). Section chief Ding is responsible for the safety production management section, Luo Hong is responsible for labor protection, Cheng Hong is responsible for site safety (underground), tertiary safety education and special equipment, site safety (ground) and occupational health.
The practical content of the security department is to learn from each master what they are responsible for. Because of the practice time, when we learn from each master what they are responsible for, we can only grasp what we have learned from a macro perspective. Under the guidance of section chief Ding, when I learned the relevant responsibilities from the foremen, I mainly learned about these jobs from the procedures and tried to master the personnel, units, main processes and matters needing attention involved in each job.
The internship begins with the distribution of labor insurance supplies. According to Luo Gong, the main job of the Safety Production Management Section in labor protection articles is to count the number of labor unions and the labor protection articles required by each type of work, and then formulate the distribution standards of personal protection articles for employees of the company according to the relevant system of the head office. In addition, a labor insurance card should be issued to every employee of the company, and the lost labor insurance card should be reissued.
During my study of three-level safety education and special equipment work with Gong Hu, I further realized the importance of safety education, among which the archiving and preservation of safety education materials is the focus of my work. The work of special equipment mainly includes two aspects: one is to organize the training of special equipment operators and hold certificates, and the other is to collect all the information of the company's special equipment and file it. The safety production management department shall regularly organize special equipment operators to participate in special equipment operation training and examination, and after passing the examination, issue them with special operation qualification certificates, which shall be kept by the safety production management department for the record. In the management of special equipment, the safety production management section should first formulate relevant management systems, make detailed statistics and records of all special equipment, and organize regular inspections.
Gong Li's main job in occupational health is to report the plan every year and organize personnel to attend the physical examination in Maanshan Occupational Prevention and Treatment Hospital. The people who take part in the physical examination are mainly workers who receive dust and noise. The site safety management of Cheng Gong and Gong Li is similar to that of the project department, and they all adopt a set of closed-loop management. The safety field management of the safety production management section covers a wide range and has many inspection contents. Therefore, the on-site inspection of the department is not as fine as the safety inspection of the workshop, and only the safety production site of the whole mine can be inspected macroscopically.
The practice of the Security Department is conducted under the guidance of knowing the overall structure of the department's security work and being familiar with various specific work processes. With the guidance and help of the masters, I have increased my understanding of the daily work of the security department and its corresponding procedures.
4. Internship experience
In a blink of an eye, the two-month internship ended in a tense arrangement and a pleasant atmosphere. Internship has laid a foundation for my rapid growth, accelerated identity transformation, adaptation to the new working environment as soon as possible, and integration into new jobs. During my internship, I came into contact with many leaders and instructors, and I saw a similar feature in them: I was serious and responsible about my work and meticulous in handling it. During my internship in the Security Section, I also felt deeply about this. The content of safety work covers a wide range. The development of security work depends not only on one security department, but also on the cooperation and unity of all departments, so that the work can be carried out smoothly and thoroughly To formulate the safety management system, it is necessary to solicit the opinions of the workshop departments of various functional departments and combine their actual conditions; If a comprehensive safety inspection is carried out, it is even more necessary for the participation and cooperation of personnel from various departments. Only through mutual understanding, cooperation and unity can this work be carried out healthily and well.
4.4 Continuous learning to improve skills
Today's society is developing rapidly and science and technology are advancing with each passing day. With the continuous development of science and technology, the speed of knowledge obsolescence is accelerating and new things are constantly emerging. Taking safety science as an example, with the progress of society, the standards and technical indicators of safety management are constantly changing, and at the same time, new things are constantly being born, such as the "six major systems" of underground mines recently required by the state. As a new employee, we should enhance the initiative and consciousness of learning, establish the concept of lifelong learning, regard learning as a responsibility and pursuit, be diligent in learning and be good at learning. Only in this way can we constantly master new knowledge, accumulate new experience, increase new skills and create new achievements.
