In origin, the histogram value is divided into two parts (as shown in the figure below). The segmented data are written in different columns in the same row, and each data represents the value of each small segment.

Use plot->; Column chart/bar chart/pie chart-> Stackedcolumn directly plots, the red part in the figure below:

In addition, you can add some green data by using layercontents.

Select the data in other forms in the green section, press the arrow to add the right side, and then click the Apply button.

Finally, modify the style, appearance, color, legend, illustration, notes, etc. It will become very beautiful.

XRD data processing -Origin part this paper mainly talks about how to process XRD data with Origin. It mainly includes three parts: experimental data processing, standard data processing and comparison of multiple pictures together.

1. Experimental data section

First of all, we still need this software.

The storage method of standard data has been introduced in the section of XRD data processing -MDIJade (click to jump). If you are not clear, you can have a look again.

Open the software (I use version 8, there may be subtle differences between different versions, but the impact is not great).

Import the data and click File-Open.

Select ASCIIDate as the file type, select the data to be processed and open the standard card.

After all the data is imported, Books 1 and Books 2 ... you can rename them to avoid too much data confusion. Click the left mouse button to select-Right click-Rename.

For the experimental data, select and click the red square part of the picture.

Or you can choose-Right-Click-Draw-Line-Line.

The result is similar to this, and then a simple treatment is needed.

Double-click the axis to modify the axis range. Generally, the X axis is set as the starting point of data, and the Y axis is set to start from 0.

If you want the picture to be surrounded by a border, not just the X and Y axes, click the title &; Format, select the display axis &; Tick mark (1 in the figure), major and minor (2 in the figure) are major coordinate scales respectively, and you can choose whether they are available or not according to your needs. My habit is to choose nothing but the primer, which will look better. Thickness (3 in the figure) refers to the thickness of the border, generally choose 3. Click the bottom, top, left and right on the left to set it again.

The border appears, but the experimental data line is too thin.

Double-click the line. The rule of origin is to change which point and change the width to 3. If you want to make a color map, you can click the color below to change it to your favorite color.

Delete the redundant part of the picture, and select-Delete. If you think there are too many or too few digital scales under the axis, double-click the axis to change the increment value.

Right-click-Add Text. Add text to the picture to make it easier to distinguish.

Choose the 22 nd word and make it bold. If there are other experimental data, it should be handled in this way.

2. Standard card processing

Select the first and third columns in Standard Card-Right-Drawing-Symbol-Vertical Descending Line. Or click the red box on the picture.

Double-click the black square above the line segment. Under the symbol option, the size is set to 0,0, and the down-pull line is set to 3.

According to the above experimental data, other parts of the standard card are processed and clear pictures are obtained. Note that the abscissa should be consistent with the abscissa of the experimental data.

3. Compare multiple pictures together.

In the menu bar, select Graphics-Merge Graphics Windows-Open Dialog Box.

If you need to change the position and number of pictures, please set the merge option to specify, and then change directly. Pay attention to the position of the red box on the picture. If there are too many pictures, it may be automatically set to multiple rows and columns. Typically, XRD data is set as a column. If there are 5 pictures, the number of rows and columns are set to 5, 1 respectively.

VerticalGap is set to 0, so there is no gap between each picture, and the others are set as needed.

Final result

If you feel uncomfortable with the two horizontal axes in the figure, you can delete one, and then right-click -addtext to add the names of the horizontal axis and the vertical axis (sorry: the name of the horizontal axis in the figure is stronger). If the ordinate name wants to be parallel to the Y axis, select-Right Click-Properties-Rotation and set it to 90. Remember to bold all the words if you want to contribute. This is one of the comments on my first paper.

Such a diagram is basically completed. You can change the line segment color, border color, font color and size according to your preference.

Remember to save the file, SaveProject. The purpose of this is to add data to these data for future processing. Use ExportGraphs to export pictures.

In the figure, the name of 1 can be changed for easy distinction; 2. Select the storage location; Check 3 places on the right to preview the picture.
