Hong Kong Shinco Chang 'an Town Electronics Factory?
PE is a project engineer

This is what I found: it's called D2. Pre-PE of BU3.

Generally speaking, Shinco is a good factory in the whole Dongguan area, from the whole working environment and cultural atmosphere. Wages are at a medium level.

It was more than three years ago in 2003, when the new department had only five buses. When we went in for training, BU5 had just been established and had just merged a mold factory with an annual output value of more than 654.38 billion. I heard about BU8 sometime this year. There are two large factories in Chengnan. The new factory is a magnetic power plant with an office building that can accommodate thousands of people. Shili Factory of Chang 'an Anli Science Park is a subsidiary factory of Xinke and one of the largest enterprises in Chang 'an. Objectively speaking, Shinco's hardware is a better factory I have ever seen in Dongguan. This is hardware.

What I want to tell LZ is that the salary is medium, with housing provident fund and insurance. The basic salary of fresh graduates should be 750+750, plus 165+200 accommodation allowance. The probation period depends on your performance plus 15% BUNUS. Plus 75%~80% bonus every 3 months, basically more than 2000 points. Freshman is average, because there is a more formal insurance housing provident fund. There are two salary adjustment opportunities a year, one normal, 10 or so, and one special. Newcomers basically have no chance. This is set by a promoted veteran, and this is not limited. My hometown is specially tuned this time 17 points.

The office implements a five-day working week and strictly implements the national labor law. Shit, the Chinese New Year is only three days. It was executed very well. Ha ha. Overtime depends on the department, but every department should have overtime regulations. Some departments spend 30 hours a month, while others spend 60 hours. They are all free, but they will be one of the assessment indicators of your bonus, and it is also a matter of work attitude. The head of the production department usually has to work overtime to change shifts, Swift, which is quite annoying. If he changes, he will not see the sun for two months. The younger sister in the factory is even worse. If she changes it every four months, she will see the sun in eight months if she is lucky, and in four months if she is unlucky. I used to be a project engineering department, a better department, and never worked overtime on Saturdays.

Soft environment: I think the working atmosphere is very good. All engineers are undergraduates. Thousands of engineers are undergraduates. Take our team as an example, including our boss, there are 1 1 people, and 9 people graduated from key universities. And my colleagues around me are of good quality. I can make many friends there. They are all about my age. They are all recent graduates. Haha, it's either the manager who has been gone for a long time. One day in 2003, I searched the LOTUS system, and there were 565 managers, haha. After more than three years, there will be more managers. And there are many overseas engineers and senior "experts" here, accounting for 20%, mostly from Hong Kong and Japan. SAE itself was previously run by Hong Kong people and was acquired by TDK in1980s. According to different departments, some departments are Japanese-funded. For example, in our department BU3, my boss is only from China, and all others from the director to the senior manager to the manager 1 are Japanese. Some departments are all Hong Kong people, such as machinery and IE, BU 1. The Japanese and Hong Kong people are fighting for power and profit. But in any case, mainlanders have no influence at all. One day, I kindly asked the local manager and local supervisor in the LOTUS system. Ha, there are not many managers in the mainland, only one local director, and the mainlanders only have 1, and there are two high-level, which is very sad. But this is the basic reality. The working language and official language are English, the whole company system is English, and all written materials are English. Including mail system, built-in engineering data. At least in our department, we have to make biweekly reports every two weeks, report to Japan, and show PPT documents. Hong Kong people are very powerful, which is their specialty, and their English is very good. There are also slightly experienced engineers. Basically, everyone has an assistant, a girl and a clerk to help you with the data. Those children are good at EXCEL, and I dare not even think about it. They are all shortcut keys and never use the mouse.

Almost. After all, I'm from there. I can see clearly that one of my colleagues is also in the new department. When we chat together, we often talk about our experiences there. The same feeling is that the new department is too idle to do anything. Fresh graduates can see it in action, but they usually don't stay long. It turns out that young people have experienced great efforts. How can they stand loneliness and leisure? Haha, so I'm leaving. My current colleague has also left, but it has been a long time. A fellow villager who went in together is also my good friend. He is still working there, becoming a senior supervisor, and gave birth to a child this year. There are still three people playing with us who are from the new department. But they are all older than me and graduated before 1999. Ha, I am still young. I was too young to leave at leisure. In fact, their executive treatment is still good. Boil! ! If you have patience, put up with it! ! Besides, your English will improve rapidly in the new subjects. My hometown is engaged in English training and development. He said that you can't learn anything in new subjects, but you can definitely learn English. There are too many people who are good at English. There is a small knock at the door, LZ should remember: to be a senior supervisor, you must be able to communicate freely in English, otherwise it will be an obstacle to your promotion. Finally, the new department has been difficult recently, for no other reason: several big customers, such as IBM, Hitachi and Seagate, have made their own magnetic heads. The customers we followed up at that time were Samsung and Fujitsu. Two customers raised more than 1 000, but this year, my fellow villager said that Fujitsu's bill was very small, which was more than HK$ 200 million the year before (at that time, the turnover of the whole new branch exceeded HK$1800 million, more than Nokia's turnover in Dongguan), and now it can be said that it is so small that I can't remember. Of course, we seldom see anything from Fujitsu now.
