For example, in Japan in the 1960s, more than 6,000 people died every year due to industrial accidents, but now only 1.800 people die every year; Before World War II, more than 2,000 people died in coal production accidents in the United States every year, but now only about 30 people die every year. The study also shows that the per capita DP of a country is between 65,438+0,000 and 3,000 dollars, which is consistent with the high incidence of production safety accidents. At present, China is at such a crossroads. How to deal with the relationship between safety investment and economic development and reduce unnecessary losses caused by improper investment is an important issue.

This paper is divided into six parts.

The first chapter is the introduction: the research background and significance of the subject and the research status at home and abroad are put forward, the basic theory of safety economics is briefly described, and the research content, innovation and structural arrangement of this paper are defined.

The second chapter is the study of safety investment: it discusses the concept, characteristics, sources and classification of safety investment, analyzes the present situation and safety situation of safety investment in Jiamusi City, and studies the methods and processes of reasonable safety investment in enterprises from a micro perspective.

The third chapter is the research on the calculation method of accident loss: it mainly studies the calculation process of economic loss of production safety accidents and other aspects, such as the calculation process of non-economic loss. The research idea of direct ratio of accident economic loss is given, the value of non-value factors is deeply studied, and the life value of Jiamusi city is obtained.

The fourth chapter is the macro evaluation model of Jiamusi's safety investment and economic benefits: the theoretical basis of safety economic benefits is studied, and the specific content of safety investment objectives is constructed. This paper puts forward the macro safety economic benefit evaluation model and the calculation method of safety economic benefit based on control objectives, and forecasts the safety investment and safety economic benefit of Jiamusi City in the next few years.

The fifth chapter is the research on the contribution rate of Jiamusi city's safety economy: the internal relationship between safety and economy is discussed. Based on the existing calculation model of the contribution rate of safety input to social economy, this paper studies the influence results of safety input to economic contribution rate in Jiamusi City, and proves the contribution of safety input to GDP growth with facts and data.

The sixth chapter is the conclusion: the content of this paper is analyzed and summarized.
