Generally, plastic molds only have a front mold and a back mold, which are relatively simple molds. When there are convex and concave features on the side of plastic products, only the front and rear dies can't be opened normally and can't be ejected by the usual ejection method. The protrusions, depressions, characters and various symbols on the side of the product are called inverted buttons. Such a product structure must have side core-pulling mechanisms such as sliders and inclined tops, except for plastic with soft elastic materials. The commonly used side core-pulling mechanism is divided into two forms: internal core-pulling and external core-pulling, that is, our common inclined top, slider, oil cylinder, rotating motor and so on.
( 1)? Inclined ejector is mainly used for small inverted position of products. When ejecting, the inclined ejector moves along a certain angle at the same time to get rid of the inverted position of the product and realize demoulding.
(2)? Sliding block, when the structure of plastic products is not suitable for oblique ejection, it is necessary to use sliding block. When the mold is opened, the inclined guide pillar is separated from the front mold and the back mold, the slider is pulled out under the driving of the inclined guide pillar, and the product is slowly separated from the back buckle. By changing the inclined guide pillar of the slider, the side core-pulling structure is changed into slider side slider, spring side slider, front die side slider and so on.
(3)? Cylinder side core pulling, when the inverted length of plastic products is long, the inclined guide pillar core pulling can not be used, when it is not suitable for slider side core pulling.
(4)? Hydraulic motor, when the product has internal thread inversion, when demoulding, with the rotation of the motor, the inversion at the thread is continuously withdrawn, thus realizing the disengagement of the inversion at the product.
