But these are not the most difficult titles. The hardest thing is what to say next.

I think the hardest thing is the index. The number of questions is particularly tight every year. When you feel that everything is ready and all the conditions are met, you will find that the number of people who are promoted to professional titles is far less than those who meet the conditions. Every professional title evaluation season, every school will get the promotion index given by its superiors. It is normal for three or five people to compete for a promotion index, and sometimes it may even be more than twenty people competing for a promotion index. Other schools need to wait until the old teachers retire before they can have places. There are many excellent teachers, but few have professional titles. In the process of waiting for places, many teachers feel anxious.

Therefore, year after year, day after day, many excellent teachers can only sigh for their professional titles.
