How difficult is it for teachers to be promoted?
Speaking of the difficulty of the promotion of teachers' professional titles, in the evaluation of many teachers, it can be said that it is "difficult to go to the sky." There is a saying, "If you don't comment, it will be very tiring to participate in the evaluation, and it will be more frustrating to lose the evaluation!" Perhaps this sentence can most intuitively show the current situation of teacher title evaluation! So where is the "difficulty" of professional title evaluation? How hard is it? In my experience, let me briefly say.

First of all, I think the first difficulty lies in the difficulty of the thesis. The published articles need to be found on HowNet, which stumped many people. Because the preparation materials need to be revised many times, they need to be uploaded repeatedly after revision, and everyone's usual teaching tasks are very heavy, and there is not much time and energy to prepare this every day.

Secondly, I think the second difficulty is the difficulty of proof. It is impossible to choose a professional title without a certificate. Because the selection of the best, the backbone teachers and the academic leaders are all the performance conditions of the participating titles, ordinary teachers are generally at a disadvantage compared with middle-level cadres. But these are not the most difficult titles. The hardest thing is what to say next.

I think the hardest thing is the index. The number of questions is particularly tight every year. When you feel that everything is ready and all the conditions are met, you will find that the number of people who are promoted to professional titles is far less than those who meet the conditions. Every professional title evaluation season, every school will get the promotion index given by its superiors. It is normal for three or five people to compete for a promotion index, and sometimes it may even be more than twenty people competing for a promotion index. Other schools need to wait until the old teachers retire before they can have places. There are many excellent teachers, but few have professional titles. In the process of waiting for places, many teachers feel anxious.

Therefore, year after year, day after day, many excellent teachers can only sigh for their professional titles. However, the Ministry of Education has released the main points of the current work, which points out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the reform of the title system of primary and secondary school teachers, hoping that the reform will land as soon as possible and make the professional development of teachers more promising!
