4. Rehearse the defense.

You can invite several students to participate in the defense together. One student is the respondent and the other students are the defense teachers. Ask questions randomly and in turn according to the list of questions prepared in advance. With the rehearsal of 1-2, basically you won't be too nervous when you really get to the defensive field, which will help you to play normally.
