The solid slow-release anti-corrosion and anti-scaling agent (body) is installed at the lower end of the oil well pump. When the produced liquid flows through, it can be dissolved slowly, and at the same time, the effective components of anti-corrosion and anti-scaling are released bit by bit to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-scaling. In addition, the scale layer can be prevented from blocking the oil well pump, and the inspection cycle of the pump can be prolonged. In this paper, various reasons for scaling of oil well produced fluid (i.e. oilfield sewage) are analyzed. It is considered that calcium, magnesium ions and silicate ions are easy to form scale by adsorption, crystallization and precipitation at high PH value. Proper temperature and slow flow rate can accelerate scaling. The mechanism of scale and corrosion inhibition of common inorganic compounds and organic compounds is analyzed and studied theoretically. 2. Preparation of Green Scale Inhibitor
The preparation of PASP was studied, the influencing factors of various reactions were discussed, and the synthetic products were characterized. The static and dynamic scale inhibition performance of PASP is further studied in detail, and the scale inhibition mechanism and influencing factors of PASP are discussed. The main research work is as follows: 1. Maleic acid (maleic acid) and ammonia water (mass fraction: 25%) were used as raw materials, and polysuccinimide was obtained by condensation at a certain temperature, and then hydrolyzed into the sodium salt of PASP under the action of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. The use of gaseous ammonia is avoided and the synthesis process is optimized. The synthesis conditions and hydrolysis conditions were studied by single factor. 3. Synthesis of a new water stabilizer AADMP and its scale and corrosion inhibition performance.
According to the theory of molecular structure optimization, a new kind of macromolecular organophosphorus carboxylic acid reagent-2-amino adipic acid -N, N- dimethyl phosphonic acid (AADMP) was designed and synthesized. It combines the characteristics of corrosion and scale inhibitors of macromolecular organic phosphonic acid and phosphonocarboxylic acid, and maintains the molecular structural characteristics of macromolecular organic phosphonic acid and phosphonocarboxylic acid. At the same time, compared with low molecular organic phosphonic acid, the phosphorus content is greatly reduced, the structure of amino acid groups in the molecule is increased, and the biodegradability is improved. 4. Efficient scale inhibitor in boiler water treatment
The scale inhibition rates of inorganic scale inhibitor sodium carbonate (na2co 3), organic scale inhibitor disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA-Na2) and amino trimethyl phosphonic acid (ATMP) were determined experimentally when the total hardness was 7mmol/L and the alkalinity was 3,4,5,6 mmol/L respectively. The scale inhibition effects of organic chemicals 1 2- ethylene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA) and sodium polyacrylate (PAAS) were compared. The results showed that the scale inhibition effects of organic scale inhibitors were far better than those of inorganic scale inhibitors. Among the organic scale inhibitors, ATMP has a good scale inhibition effect. On this basis, ATMP was selected as the main organic reagent of the compound formula. Through the compound experiment of multi-component chemicals, an efficient compound scale inhibitor formula suitable for boiler water supply in Tianjin is put forward: ATMP/na2co = 20.3/ 100. 5. Study on new efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor for copper.
At present, most of the cooling water treatment agents containing phosphine in China pollute the environment, copper corrosion inhibitors need special prefilming agent for prefilming treatment, and the corrosion inhibition performance of most copper corrosion inhibitors decreases in the cooling water system with chlorine oxide as biocide. A method of one-step synthesis of low-phosphorus organic polyphosphoric acid-based polymer corrosion and scale inhibitor was designed with water as solvent, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and sodium hypophosphite as raw materials and hydrogen peroxide as initiator and catalyst. In order to clarify the research focus, the operation status of 8 circulating water fields and the replacement of cold exchange equipment in Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Company were investigated. The water quality of supplementary water source in circulating water field is analyzed. From the electrochemical point of view and the ionic concentration product and complexation theory of insoluble salts in inorganic chemistry, the scaling and corrosion mechanisms, corrosion and scale inhibition mechanisms of circulating water are briefly and systematically discussed. Then, the research will focus on the development of corrosion and scale inhibitors for circulating water exchange. Synthesis and scale inhibition performance of green scale inhibitor polyepoxysuccinic acid
Polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) was synthesized from maleic anhydride by epoxidation and ring-opening polymerization. The whole synthesis process is divided into two steps: the synthesis of epoxy succinic acid (ESA) and the synthesis of polyepoxysuccinic acid. In the first step, the content of unreacted maleic acid and by-product tartaric acid in the product was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, and the yield of epoxysuccinic acid was indirectly obtained. The effects of various process parameters on the yield of epoxysuccinic acid were studied systematically by designing, and the best synthesis process of epoxysuccinic acid was obtained.
