Primary school is the initial stage for students to receive systematic education, which plays a basic and guiding role in the formation of one's ideological and moral character. To this end, we regard building an education team with full participation and noble morality as the strategic task of school moral education. Led by the school's Moral Education Office, moral education experts have been invited for many times to systematically train teachers, strengthen the education of teachers' morality, guide teachers to standardize educational behavior and establish a good image. In education and teaching, they not only pay attention to words and deeds, but also set an example, reflecting the requirements of being a teacher to manners, clothes and other specific aspects, giving students a subtle influence and education.
