August 5th, 20xx, the first day to work in a new company. With expectation and fear, I was taken to the nursing department. Although I am facing a new environment and new faces, I know that I am not a fresh graduate, so I want to adapt to everything faster and better than them. As I graduated from a non-medical and health major, my understanding of the hospital is still at an ordinary level, so I'd better start from the nursing department and get to know the "old acquaintances" again. Now, let me talk about my experience in the nursing department.
First of all, we have expanded our understanding of hospitals.
In the initial communication with director Lin of the nursing department, I learned that the medical department and the nursing department are two core departments of the hospital, which manage all the doctors and nurses in the hospital respectively. Other departments perform their duties and cooperate closely, which is also indispensable for the normal operation of the hospital. In this way, the whole structural mechanism of the hospital gradually became clear in my mind.
I realized the complexity and importance of the work content of the nursing department when I looked at the work account of the nursing department. Among them, nursing quality control and high-quality nursing are particularly important, which are related to the nursing service level of the whole hospital.
In the process of rounds with the director and head nurse, I got familiar with the overall layout of the hospital and the distribution of various departments, and made a simple understanding with colleagues in the hospital, and got a general understanding of the situation of each ward.
Although these are the simplest things, they are at least things I didn't know before, which is the beginning of my comprehensive understanding of the hospital.
Second, strengthen business knowledge learning.
Learn medical and health laws and regulations. Today is a society ruled by law, and all walks of life have corresponding laws and regulations. Only by knowing and understanding the law can we better abide by the law and use it. Especially in today's tense doctor-patient relationship, employees in our medical institutions must understand relevant laws in order to protect themselves and serve patients well. Therefore, after work, I have browsed the Nurses' Regulations, the Medical Practitioners' Law, the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, the Code of Conduct for Employees in Medical Institutions and other laws and regulations through the Internet and books, which has benefited a lot.
Learn medical professional knowledge. As a non-medical graduate, I have never been exposed to this industry before, so I know almost nothing about medical professional knowledge. During my work in the nursing department, I happened to come into contact with first-hand medical materials such as medical records and nursing sheets. Although I still can't understand and remember many professional terms and marks, I really feel the rigor of doctors and the hard work of nurses from every medical record and nursing record. Salute them here.
Third, the friendship between colleagues has been established
Harmonious interpersonal relationship is an important condition for doing a good job. Before coming to a new unit, it is inevitable to worry about meeting difficult colleagues. When I arrived at the nursing department, I found that my worry was completely unnecessary. Colleagues are as kind as elders, as close as sisters or as friendly as friends, and the working atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Although we have only been together for two short weeks, we have established a solid friendship and are full of disappointment at the thought of leaving. After that, prepare for the next stop, at least we are in the big family of Chinese medicine hospital. I will never forget my days in the nursing department.
Chapter 2: Nursing experience
After years of work, I gradually realized that I need to accumulate my own nursing experience in order to be handy in my daily nursing work. In fact, nurses, as helpers, have the responsibility to make their own nursing work achieve positive and constructive results and play a therapeutic role, so the nurse-patient relationship becomes a therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic nurse-patient relationship is not a general relationship, but a targeted relationship, which needs to be seriously implemented and promoted. Because the therapeutic relationship is centered on the needs of patients, in addition to the above factors such as general life experience, the quality, professional knowledge and technology of nurses will also affect the therapeutic nursing process and the good nurse-patient relationship of patients.
How to establish a good nurse-patient relationship, I think we should pay more attention to some details. In the communication with patients, I think the details are mainly manifested in: more love, patience, strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for patients, careful care, gentle action, consideration, serious attitude, rich expression, respect, consideration, courtesy, sincerity, concern and generosity.
In recent years, the operating room in our hospital has integrated the concept of wholeness and humanization into nursing work and achieved gratifying results. Nursing visit and psychological consultation were conducted before and after operation. The day before the operation, as a nurse in the operating room and a visiting nurse during the operation, I went to the ward to understand the patient's condition, physical condition and psychological state, to inform the patient of the precautions before and during the operation, and to understand the special needs of the patient. After the preoperative visit, patients should make preparations in advance, and through self-discipline and rational use of sedatives during the operation, they can basically get through this stage calmly and smoothly. Preoperative visit can also meet some special requirements of patients and eliminate their worries and psychological pressure on surgery.
In short, from a psychological point of view, the above examples show whether the operating room temperature is cool or not. Our healthy medical staff and patients have different experiences. Sometimes patients will have a series of neurotic and non-pathological clinical manifestations due to psychological factors and emotional anxiety, which will eventually hinder the normal operation. The function of preparing this gauze for patients actually reflects a kind of care and psychological suggestion, and we will establish a very humanized relationship with patients through our nursing activities. Preoperative visit not only realized the communication between nurses and patients, but also checked the venous blood vessels to be punctured during the operation in advance and recorded them on the visit list for filing, so that the patients can puncture the venous trocar smoothly after entering the operating room, greatly improving the convenience, efficiency and quality of nursing operation and ensuring the timely supply of liquid, medicine and blood in the venous passage during the operation. In a word, preoperative visit laid a good foundation for the smooth operation, and insisting on postoperative visit system is conducive to our summary and improvement. Through postoperative follow-up, patients expressed satisfaction with our intraoperative nursing work.
I really appreciate this passage: "What do you mean it's not simple? It's not easy to do simple things a thousand times. What do you mean it's not easy? It is not easy to do a very easy thing that everyone recognizes and do it very seriously. " Our nursing work is so ordinary and "simple". If we do these seemingly "simple" jobs well every day, then we must be a complex person, and our team must be a complex group and team.
Chapter 3: Experience of nursing study.
Hello, everyone. I feel honored to study with you here today. To be an excellent nurse, we must first learn to be a qualified person. People without humanity can't be excellent medical workers ~
Do more, talk less, have a gentle expression, smile, be polite to people, read more professional books and have excellent skills.
How to become a qualified and excellent nursing staff, I think we must do the following:
1. We should work with peace of mind, correct our thinking, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, work hard, love our jobs, be ashamed to ask questions, always think about the patients, do everything possible to relieve their pain, think about what the patients think, be anxious about the patients, and straighten our position. In others' eyes, nurses just give injections and medicines. Yes, nursing is a very ordinary post, although it can't be vigorous. As the saying goes: three points of treatment, seven points of care;
2. In the ordinary post, we should not only adhere to the belief of serving patients, but also strictly demand ourselves in learning, constantly update our knowledge, improve our technical level, and constantly enrich and improve ourselves in our work in combination with clinical practice;
3. We should constantly strengthen ideological and political cultivation, move closer to the Party organizations, and improve the overall ideological quality;
4. In the current tense relationship between doctors and patients, it is necessary to strictly abide by technical specifications, advocate learning, strengthen legal concepts, strengthen legal awareness, improve service quality, improve humanistic quality, and avoid medical disputes;
5. Team spirit, unity is strength!
What impressed me most was the image of nursing, because the good image of nurses not only impressed the public, but also was one of the keys to the overall image of the hospital. "People say that people should look at their faces first." Seeing their faces is like seeing their hearts. Facial expressions are thoughts written on the face. Smiling service is not only polite, but also an important way for nurses to win the trust of patients with sincere attitude. A smile is priceless and doesn't cost a penny. However, it can bring spring breeze to patients, so that newly admitted patients can eliminate their nervousness and strangeness and be replaced by intimacy, so that bedridden patients can eliminate their fear and anxiety and be replaced by trust, so that the elderly and children can eliminate their loneliness and be replaced by cordial affection, resulting in a good attitude of respect and understanding and shortening the distance between nurses and patients. Therefore, nurses sincerely smile and show respect, understanding and sympathy to patients.
Good appearance of nurses, such as: graceful standing posture shows that nurses are tall and straight, handsome, steady and correct, sitting posture shows that nurses are dignified, demure, educated, elegant and beautiful, squatting posture shows that nurses' professional quality is light and agile, and their gait walks out of the dynamic beauty of nurses, which can reflect nurses' good manners. ...
As the saying goes, "Don't learn manners, don't bully." Which industry without etiquette can survive and develop in modern society? Why is our nursing and our hospital recognized by society and satisfied by patients? Therefore, etiquette can show the cultural quality of nurses, shape the perfect social image of nurses and establish the reputation of hospital industry. With the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for medical care are constantly improving, and nursing services are not limited to injections, infusions, medicines and so on.
Nursing work pays more and more attention to providing patients with all-round and all-round high-quality nursing services. In addition to professional skills, nurses' words and deeds also fully reflect their concern and love for patients. Therefore, in the face of future medical competition and social needs, nurse etiquette can express the image of nursing staff and win social and economic benefits.
Chapter four: Nursing experience of rotation department.
From June+10 this year, I transferred from general surgery to cardiovascular medicine. Under the careful guidance of department leaders and teachers, I studied with an open mind, studied diligently, dared to ask questions, consciously abided by various rules and regulations of the department, and basically mastered the nursing routine and various nursing operations of common diseases in the department. I am not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and I have won the recognition of the staff and patients in the department.
It is necessary to know the dynamic situation of the hospital in time, which puts forward higher requirements for nurses' professional ethics, medical skills, good psychological quality and healthy physique. If you want to do a good job, you must first learn to be a good person. In the department, we have to face all kinds of people every day. I want to communicate with different people with different skills, which greatly exercises my interpersonal skills and emergency handling ability. At the same time, I adhere to the concept of "patient-centered", anxious about the patient's urgency and thinking of the patient. Strengthen the concept of nursing quality and safety and the professional concept of serving patients wholeheartedly. We should be enthusiastic and proactive in our work, use standard clothes, gentle language and friendly tone, treat patients equally, and be considerate and meticulous, so as to realize zero complaints from patients about nursing work. Enthusiastic and sincere care for patients, and provide necessary help for patients with mobility difficulties. In this, I saw a satisfied smile on the patient's face and understood the value of angels as a glorious person in White's mission. Doing every ordinary thing well is extraordinary, but doing every simple thing well is not simple. Organize nurses to study professionally every month, realize resource sharing, expand thinking, enhance understanding between departments, expand knowledge, improve everyone's interest in learning, and cultivate nurses' scientific research consciousness.
Although the process of working in cardiovascular department is very short. But I have to thank the nursing department for giving me this opportunity to exercise and improve myself. I have mastered this process and laid a good foundation for myself and the preparation stage of independent work, which is beneficial to the following clinical nursing.
I will continue to tirelessly care for this sacred land and strive for more honor.
Chapter 5: Summarize nursing papers in turn.
Time flies. In a blink of an eye, I have gone from an ignorant college student to the society, entered the hospital and became a nurse to save lives. I have been devoted to my study and work with rigorous attitude and positive enthusiasm. In the process of rotation, although there are tears of success and bitterness of failure, I wrote a self-appraisal for my efforts.
In this increasingly fierce social competition, I fully realize the importance of becoming an excellent college student with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique. But when I really came into contact with patients, I found that there was still a gap between clinical nursing and books. I not only have a solid theory and skilled operation, but also have the view of love and injury. In my work, I have summarized my internship by constantly learning what I have learned in the process of operation, so that the present practice can make up for the deficiency of the past theory. I am strict with myself in my study. With the strong pursuit of the goal and knowledge of becoming an excellent angels in white, I studied hard, studied hard, had a correct attitude and a clear goal, basically mastered some professional knowledge and skills, and integrated theory with practice; In addition to learning professional knowledge, we also pay attention to the expansion of all aspects of knowledge, extensively dabble in other disciplines, and improve ideological and cultural quality.
In life, I have developed good living habits, full and orderly life, rigorous attitude towards life, good attitude and style of life, warm and generous, honest and trustworthy, ready to help others, have my own good accident principles, and can live in harmony with colleagues; Take an active part in all kinds of extracurricular activities, so as to constantly enrich your experience.
Since I chose the nursing profession, I have a motto-dedicate my limited life to unlimited nursing work. I will study harder in my future work and improve my business ability. This is my self-evaluation of college students' hospital practice. In the future, I will work harder to make my theoretical knowledge and operational skills by going up one flight of stairs, so as to better serve patients. Strive to be an excellent nursing staff, worthy of the glorious title of angels in white!
