1. Set an example, set an example, and cultivate disciples to be loyal to the party's education, be conscientious and work hard.
2. Make your own training plan, and guide the apprentices to make practical three-year personal growth plans and small goals every year.
3. Combined with the annual work plan of mentoring, guide mentoring to make a good teaching plan at the beginning of the semester, prepare lessons once a month, attend classes twice a month, give targeted guidance and summarize at the end of the semester.
4. Instruct apprentices to complete high-quality teaching papers every month and write at least one teaching paper every academic year.
5. Strengthen the basic guidance of the apprentice's "three strokes" and comment once a week.
6. Encourage apprentices to participate in all kinds of competitions at all levels and give guidance as much as possible.
7. Unconditionally teach your own experience in managing classes to your disciples, so that they can grow up quickly.
These are just my rough ideas, and I will make some adjustments in my future work. I hope to grow up with my apprentice * * * in the implementation of the Blue Plan.
